I've never heard of Ollie's, so I really didn't have expectations going in. I just wanted books. Normally, I'd remove a full star for cleanliness (I have a South Phoenix, ghetto background), but oddly, it didn't bother me because this store is obviously very old. The book section delivered, and my son found a full fantasy book set as well as a cook book. I found a set of bowls I can use for leftovers. And wtf they have furniture?! They don't deliver, but that is listed in their rules but Jesus fuck, that's a great price! I wouldn't buy food here, but that's only because as I've grown, I've gone to bougie farmers markets in Phoenix. But if you're on a strict budget? This place is fantastic! I signed up for the rewards program (seriously, you can't go wrong with this), and the cashier explained everything. I'd 1000%, one million percent recommend this place. If you're on a budget, this is definitely worth checking. There's truly no shame in saving a few extra bucks, especially in our economy. I loved this and I will definitely return. As a side note, my mother in law would DESPISE this place, which is all the more reason for me than establish my white trash paradise. At first, I thought it was a bit strange that they were performing inside of a Target, but I'm sure they worked it out with the managers. Plus, May is AAPI heritage month, so it was also nice to see them celebrate. Unlike some of the usual Target locations I go to in California, this Target appeared to be well-stocked with a variety of items. That being said, there was a good selection to choose from for the items that we needed. The customer service we received was friendly and helpful. 4 out of 5 stars.

I checked my email and it said "come by and pick it up." I got there and showed the service department person the message and he said it was OUT OF STOCK. Obviously I was unhappy and really wasn't in the mood for store excuses. Nevertheless he was aware that I "was frustrated ". He said a neighboring Target had 6 in inventory and would price match my order. I wasted gas due to Target's error and found what I needed in Temple. I used to love coming to this Hobby Lobby location and decorating my home with items from here, but…read morerecently my experiences have been completely ruined by the attitude of some of the employees. Over the last 2 months, one Hispanic young employee with red hair has made every visit extremely unpleasant with rude behavior and a terrible attitude. Today, she was also constantly staring at us in a very judgmental way and making us feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time we were shopping. No customer should feel watched or judged just for being in the store. The older cashier with glasses at the register was also openly looking us up and down and came across as very judgmental and unwelcoming. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or judged while simply trying to shop. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores, but the customer service lately has been awful. I really wish management would hire kinder, more professional employees instead of people with constant attitudes toward customers.

There are vendors, stores, nail salon, eye exams, food court and of course the PX. This place has a MAC store inside! That is pretty awesome so you won't have to drive far to go to a MAC store. You can also pick up or fill your prescriptions here with Darnell. Pretty convenient! I have tried Sarka and the Chinese food here in the food court. It was decent. You must have a valid military id in order to make purchases at the PX. The parking lot is spacious and this place is always busy when I stop in on the weekends. They have events here from time to time. Book signing events to meet and greets.

Practically a mall, they now have a wide (and better) variety of eateries as well as well-known specialty shops (Game Stop, Starbucks, MAC.) But I didn't come in for their food court or these shops. I came in here to find a bargain at the main store. And like the many previous visits (even if it was at that previous location) it didn't fail. Found tons of clothing and shoes and bags at super marked down prices. I felt like I made out like a bandit! I also noticed they carry much much more brand names than they did before, and with their items being tax free, you can't go wrong. And FYI: they do price matching!
