I guess, that could be the case and I find that a little infuriating because I feel that it's very stereotypical. The lines are long and the service isn't always the greatest but it's retail and for me, that's expected (a wait, sometimes bad service). I have experienced better but maybe I was here on a bad day. The store has a warehouse look, but it's organized & clean!
