It's like any other dollar tree store except this one is in Texas. Coming from California this has different set of merch. I notice the $3 and $5 section and found chunky glitter and some bougie looking Christmas decorations. Not bad. I think it's awesome to have differences. I like coming here. It's a lot different. Very rude cashier. She never told the lady in front of me her total because she was talking to an ex employee and a customer. And the lady asked how much? And the cashier told her "I'm waiting for you... Insert your card" and the customer told her she's using cash... how much? So the cashier told her 3 times her total, very rudely. And the customer recommended that she stop talking, and pay attention to the customer. And so the cashier walker her hand, as if to brush it off. I told the lady thank you after she told me "I'm good" to go... she continued talking to the other people so I said thank you again, louder. And she ignored me once again. The best store ever!!!! Wish I knew about this store when I arrived to TX. Now I feel regret spending so much money at a regular drug-store... I came here to look for gift boxes and they sell some cute ones! Literally everything in the store is $1. Although somethings are generic brand, they also have some regular known brands. Anyways, I purchased gift boxes (comes with three) for a dollar. I also bought an authentic Betty Crocker tablespoon measurer. In the back of the store they also sell frozen food products. Back to the 60's - so cool to go into a place knowing everything is a dollar of less. Reminds me of the old 5 & Dime stores of the past. Bought a stack of hard back books for a dollar each, and since I misplace reading glasses faster than they make them, I got a handful of them to be able to read the books. Don't expect to do serious shopping here, just have some fun. read more

This is a good place to get cheap crap that will break in about a day. But if you need some party favors or a religious candle featuring the virgin Mary, feel free to shop around. The staff is always in their own world and never manning a checkout line. Seriously, last time I was there they had 678 people in line and one old lady checking us out as going as slowly as possible. I'd rather pay retail for my shampoo than have to wait in line for 3 days. At least they finally take Visa. read more

Can you believe Dollar Tree has an absolutely no refund policy! I returned cat food I bought from their store. In total I bought 6 cans. First two cans I opened were bad, so I returned the remaining four. I only asked for my money back for the four cans I returned unopened. No, they said. I had to find something in store!! I had bought $25 of goods when I bought the cat food, I didn't need or want anything else. But, no. They said, I either just pick out something I didn't need or want or lose the 2 bucks plus tax. Or come back when I felt I needed something. Anyboday else see how wrong this is?!! I'd rather go somewhere else where I feel secure about my purchases. read more

Absolutely love this place. When me and my husband got married we went here got Tupperware some hand towels and oven mits. Couldn't be happier with the selection. Best place to stock up on necessities like pads and toothbrushes. Also have a decent food selection. My favorite place to shop for just about everything. read more
