My daughter was in the self checkout and an employee accused her of not checking the things she put on her bag. He called the manager and they checked all the items and it was all fine. So their better apology was saying that someone that looks like her has been steeling. This incident occurred on May 12th at 7:03 pm. If they knew how to read, I would let them know that they are not even capable to connect a beep sound with an item in a bag. Pathetic. I will give recognition when due, however I will also call out service where improvement is needed. My experience at Walmart Glendora was not very pleasant one! I walked over auto area to purchase spray paint (I'm 62 years old, not a huffer) I asked three different associates to please get me help to open glass cabinets! Waited 10-15 minutes nothing!! Correction to my Aug 6 review, received the socks TODAY. Only took 24 hours more to received my product that I tried to buy at Walmart.

A sheer an utter disaster that can be summed up to an abomination. I walked in to get copies of keys, and the machine says, "we are sorry for the inconvenience, but this is out of order." so I walk up to the woman who is checking the receipts for the customers walking out and she tells me that there is another key copy machine on the other end of the store. I walk to the Lawn department and there is no machine. I asked her 2 esteemed colleagues who were working so incredibly diligently ( they were sitting down) and they just shrugged her shoulders. Walmart, I don't even know how you can actually call yourself a business. I can sense the inevitable chapter 12 (bankruptcy) in the near future as other businesses, such as Amazon will clear you out. read more

Just came to Walmart for a free things and they've made almost every checkout stand a self checkouts. Now I have no way of getting away from people that buy the whole store and are super slow! Walmart is currently under construction and I understand that. However, the parking lot is littered with shopping carts. There's nowhere to park them and hard to find a parking spot for cars. Inside, I saw one checker at a check stand. Another five people were standing and watching customers check out their own groceries. Whatever happened to customer service? I need an item in a locked cabinet. I pressed the button indicating help would come and waited and waited. Nobody came. So I asked one of the people who was watching customers check out their own groceries to please send somebody over. I waited another 10 minutes and still nobody came. It amazes me that they can have five or six employees watching customers check out their own groceries, yet nobody can come unlock a cabinet. Unbelievable! read more

The store is open until 11pm and I've tried reaching them by phone at 8:30pm. No one is picking up. Also, this used to be a nice Walmart to go to over a year ago. This Walmart is a pretty nice Walmart. It is a Walmart Super Center so it's pretty big but it's also orderly and there are signs everywhere so it is easy for you to find your way. They have mostly self checkout lines and the wait times are often minuscule. There are so many items here all that are great quality and a great price. The only downside of this Walmart is the wait times at the return or customer service areas but isn't that most stores. Overall, this is a pretty nice Walmart and I would recommend it! read more

My mother and I went to get some groceries today and had a horrible experience with the greeter on the garden side of this store. After waiting in line for 30 minutes to checkout, we walked out of the store and said thank you and bye to the greeter on the way out. Didn't catch his name but and older white man with glasses at about 3:20 pm. He shouted at us to stop and said we were supposed to stop so he can check the receipt. Besides the gave that we weren't stealing, there are no laws or rules that say Walmart can do this so we kindly declined. After this he let us know again we needed to stop and that we could not go. He was basically trying to force us to have him check our receipt. When we told him no again he began to try to pick a fight with us and yelled at us to "get out of here." As someone who works in retail. I thought greeters were supposed to be friendly and nice human beings. This one was clearly miserable and rude. read more

Today showed up as the only car. Another car pulled up right after I did. Waited 5 minutes without seeing anyone come out to either of our cars. The I call the pick up call line around 8 times with no answer. I resort to looking up the general phone number for walmart and wait to speak to a representative. I explained I had been at the pick up area for well over 15 mins without anyone coming out or answering the phone, and immediately was transferred back to the pick up hotline without the rep even listening. Waiting on the pick up hotline again with no answer called the main line back and got the same person on the phone with no help. Called the phone lines again and someone picked up to say "the systems are down and the orders are not ready" AFTER 20 MINS OF WAITING! Was that so hard to do when I first called?!?! To pick up and say systems are down instead of wasting my time. There were about 8 cars there when I left and who knows how long they waiting for after. Wake up and read a Customer Service 101 book! No leadership and no common sense. Either the GM needs to step up or corporate does! read more

Recently I went shopping at this particular Walmart in Glendora. I was having trouble locating a few items when Ralph asked me if he could be of assistance. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated his eagerness to help out a struggling customer with her items on her long list. Ralph was so pleasant and accommodating that I felt I should acknowledge his kindness and professionalism. Thank you Ralph for setting an example of excellent customer service. In addition, about an hour later Anthony also was so kind to guide me in finding another item (Walmarts renovation) that was newly placed in a different aisle. I'm impressed by the customer service and efficiency that the Glendora Walmart staff has demonstrated in the past few months. Thank you gentleman!! Where can I start. First when I walked in it reminded me of Tijuana. But at least the one in TJ is clean. Walls are all dirty, from white to lite diarrhea stains. The floors are a danger zone, because you can fall and break something. For Rancho Cucamonga being the Beverly Hills of the IE, Walmart is just a eyesore. I have been my husbands caregiver for the past two years. He is bed ridden and needs a lot of help. I have been ordering Depends undergarments for him online from Walmart because the price is good and they are delivered to my home within a few days...USUALLY! I placed an order on this past Tuesday and yesterday (Wednesday), I received a text message that my package had been delivered. I thought it was strange that my Ring doorbell hadnt picked up activity on my porch. I went to retrieve my much needed package and NOTHING! I called customer service and explained my situation and was told "It could still arrive. Please call again tomorrow if it doesn't come." I called again today and was told that according to their records, the package was delivered to the correct address AND because it was SIGNED FOR (by???) my only recourse would be to request my money back from my BANK! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they didn't have one (?) Instead of the convenience that I've greatly appreciated in the past...I've been given the run around with a few little "stories" thrown in. Believe me! Tried the order pick up service for the first and last time today. I waited close to 30 min and was not approached by an associate to inform me on the status of my order (Target does this). When I saw an associate (Bryan who so happens to be a "supervisor") finishing with another customer I drove to him and asked about my order. His response was "the item was misplaced and we have someone trying to see if they can find it cause it's out of stock". I told him if it was out of stock then why would the fulfill the order to which he had no response and walked away. When I asked him what I can do he didn't say anything so I asked if I should cancel and he said "yeah just cancel". I called and spoke to James (Bryan's manager) for a resolution which was "we'll get you the order out as soon as possible". Isn't that what order pick up is supposed to do?! I requested to cancel the order and preferred to pay $5 more and get it at Target. Where I know I'm Guaranteed excellent customer service. Cause you definitely won't find that here read more

A year ago I came here because my mom was visiting and wanted to pick up a few things. I came out to a flat tire on my brand new car. Long story short, the auto center replaced my tire and found a razor blade in it (probably was there when I pulled into the parking spot). Yesterday, I was at the mall picking up a last minute item for my daughter for prom and the same tire was completely flat. AAA came out, filled my tire with air and it held overnight. I went back to the auto center so they could check for a leak because the tire pressure s under warranty. They checked me in pretty quickly and told me I was first but two of the employees hadn't had a lunch yet. There's only one table to sit and wait and it was occupied so I walked around the store for a couple of hours. I went back and the two employees that originally helped me weren't around (probably on lunch) and when I asked another employee about my car, they said there were now two other vehicles ahead of me and it would take ANOTHER two hours to check my tire! I let them know that I wanted to leave to go get myself lunch and they told me if I left that I would lose my place in line. I told the employee that if I would have known it would take four hours to simply check my tire for a leak, I could have made arrangements to be picked up. They basically told me that it was too bad and that I couldn't even make an appointment because apparently appointments were only for oil changes and tire replacements. This place is a complete joke. Zero stars from me. Zero customer service. read more

I would never think to review the walmart supermarket but i felt the urge based off of an outstanding performance i witnessed while shopping. A cashier by the name of Mia provided astonishing care for all of my needs. She was able to locate each specific item i had in request. Something else that caught my attention is that she is friendly as she was providing excellent professional conversation to break the ice a bit. Overall I would say Mia is very compassionate and I would love to see her more often at the register. read more

She organized everything accordingly & super fast, even with a line behind me, she took the time to make sure all the bags were neatly organized but got the job done in such a timely manner! Just witnessed a homeless man get assaulted by Walmart employees he tried to leave but the doors were locked and they mocked him like ahahaha so he had a small bag of groceries. Meanwhile another guy walked out set off the alarms and left the store. Walmart employees are doing too much. They snatched the bag from the man and swung pushed him. That's assault and pretty sad that another man said he would've paid for the small bag it's Christmas time the employees should have a heart. The customer service department is THE WORST! They have people working there that have idea what they're doing. They all stand around and ask each other if the other knows what they're doing. I went early this morning (8:30) as to avoid the lines and crowds of people. I stood in line behind 3 people to get helped for 20 minutes . It was finally my turn and I paid for two money orders when the machine jammed. Three different people were called to come fix it and I stood for another 25 minutes while they All stood with screwdrivers scratching their heads and saying they didn't know how to fix it. Not once did they apologize to me. After 45 minutes I asked for a refund and they all 4 ignored me. I had to get another Walmart employee to ask for a refund for me. Just a thought, how much money is Walmart worth? I can guarantee that they make enough to buy a new machine if it's not working properly. read more

The stars are for the workers. Theyve generally been very helpful and courteous. Tonight, 8.12.23, mary was a wonderful help to me getting all the bags into the little cart, carefully not squishing fruits and such. One big plus is they brought back manned cashier stations which is very helpful if you have mobility issues and use the mobile cart. One caution on the mobile scooters. They'll say 100% on the charge level, but after a few minutes it might drop to 50% or lower. This happened to me tonight. In the hour I used it, it went from 100% to 15% by the time I made it to the car. Just a cautionary mention. read more

Soooo my rating is for the online pick up. I placed an online order for groceries the night before I figured I'd save some time and this would be so convenient. Placed my order it was all set to be picked up between 11 and 12. I scheduled my lunch at 11 to go pick up my groceries and be back with time to spare. I get a text at 11 saying my order is delayed and they would text me when it's ready. I get a text at 12:15 that my order was ready already off to a bad start. I get to Walmart at 12:45 check in and park. It is now 1:40 and they have not brought my order to my car. I've been told they are backed up and will bring it out as soon as possible. Are you kidding me? I requested to speak with a manager and they told me he is inside dealing with issues inside the store. The employee said they are always short staffed but a manager can't see me. This is BEYOND ridiculous and a waste of my time. I definitely don't recommend this to anyone. read more
