8/31/19 around 7pm I went to Walmart because I saw air pods online listed at a lower price. When I got there they were at the regular price. Looking back online it said I could buy them and pick them up that day in store. So I ordered it online and when I submitted the order it changed to tell me I couldn't pick it up until Sunday afternoon. I was frustrated and went back to the customer pick up area. Jacob an employee who happened to be coming out of the back asked if he could help since no one was at the desk. I told him the situation and he explained why it takes so long when you order online. He told me if I wanted to cancel the order he would help me purchase them at the lower price. He didn't work in electronics so I showed him the case where they were. They weren't in the case and he discovered he would need to get a manager to get them out of the back. He did that and then brought them up to electronics and waited to make sure I got the correct price before going back to work. Jacob did not have to do any of what he did last night. He went above and beyond and exemplified true customer service. I hope he is recognized for his hard work and commitment to helping the customer. read more

Nice exterior, good selection, best prices in town. The cashiers can be a bit surly, and we've had a bad experience in the wireless center, but the photo center is decent and cheap. Diapers for the ankle biters are the best price I've found locally. read more

Staff is very ghetto but friendly: red-neck kindness? I had a site-to-store order and none of the red-necks had a clue what I was talking about. Finally found someone who knew what I was talking about only to find the site to store computer was down. Two supervisors, a manager, and 60 minutes later I finally got my order. Do not use this store for site-to-store unless you have 60 minutes to burn. read more

Compared to other Walmarts, this location is great. Was considerably less crowded than the centers I've visited in the past (never go to Walmart in Florida). Plenty of parking close to the entrance, fairly clean, and short lines. read more

Produce is ok, hardly any organic, but it is Walmart. The store is clean, as other writers have stated. It is hard to find someone to help you, and once you find someone they do not always know the answer. But overall they are fine. read more

I really loved this Walmart (compared to others in the Northern half of UT) but I recently had a problem getting a PS4 that I prepaid for in full back in September, I went to pick it up last week when they released them and they did not have it for me. It took a week for them to get me my PS4, i recently found out that some of the walmarts around were selling the playstations that were already prepaid for. I wont ever prepay for anything at Walmart again. read more

Good prices, and a convenient place to shop. However, most of the employees are rude, with the exception of two fantastic individuals. Keeping things stocked at this store seems to be nearly impossible. The Layton City location does a much better job of that. read more

I have to say, this Walmart out of all the others in the valley, is the cleanest, has some of the nicest people. I rarely see debris on the floor or long lines. And yes, you can actually find someone to help you or who is willing to help you find someone who can answer your questions. The only Walmart I will shop at, willingly. read more

I would caution buying on Walmart.com. I've run into a nightmare that I can't resolve and get no help. I purchased a Stanley J5c09 1000/500 Amp Jump Starter w/120 PSI Compressor and a 2 year warranty coverage plan. Before the 1st year was up I used the compressor for the first time and it broke making a loud noise. My wife complained that she tried to use it earlier in the cold weather to jump her car and it did work. I went to Centerville Walmart and was told they couldn't help and to call Walmart.com. So I did and they told me to call Stanley Products. When I called Stanley they told me to call Baccus Global Warranty Department. So I did and they told me that I had to mail the product back to them at my expense. Then they would decide what to do. I went to FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service and they all refused to mail the product back to the manufacture because it contained a Lead Acid (Nonspillable) battery. Even though it was shipped to me in the same manner. I would never buy from Walmart or Walmart.com again, nor would I ever pay for a worthless extended warranty. read more

I hate going to WalMart. I only give one star because some times the produce is OK . My experience demonstrated unhelpful staff, poor stalking of shelves, not managing inventory. I want the ear of the manager, who needs to know how his staff blow me off an don't fix things brought to their attention. 3 different times I've gone to purchase an item that has a spot on the shelf but something else is in it's place. When I finally got a person to help me the found what I wanted. I purchased 3 of them but told them to please stock that spot with the correct item because I'll be back to purchase more. Went back to find the same thing a few weeks later. This time someone heard my complaint but never sent anyone to help me. After waiting 10 min. I gave up and went home. I went went back and the experience was just as bad. read more

I am upset about this Walmart. Way false advertising! Their Black Friday ad came out on Thanksgiving in the newspaper. It advertised that you would get a $300 gift card with iPhone purchase to your AT&T account. It said phone activations begin at 8pm. Schedule an activation appointment starting at 6pm (this was on Thanksgiving Day). I called them, I told him that I wanted the iPhone x with this ad, he said that you had to come into the store to schedule the apt, but that the ad was good all weekend long and not to worry. So we didn't worry, and stopped in on Friday afternoon. They then informed me that they didn't have any phones, that no Walmarts within Utah never received any! So there was Nothing they could do! I tried contacting people, on the website and they say I must talk to someone at the store. Since this is definitely false advertising, they put this in the newspaper, in our local area, and there were not even phones! We want them to honor their $300 gift card, knowing that we will have to go somewhere else to get the phone and pay full price elsewhere. We wanted a phone for Christmas, but haven't got anything yet, waiting for Walmart to come through. read more

I only shop here because they are open at 2am when I have the time to grocery shop...staff used to be great, has gone downhill quite a bit in the last year. If you have an option to go elsewhere, I'd do it. read more

The tire center service is horrible. Very rude, very unhelpful and I have yet to find a Wal-Mart that honors their warranty. Don't waste your money on tires. Go to a real tire store that has customer service and offers warranties. read more
