Had the most bizarre shopping experience at any retail location ever. Went in specifically for a Roku Stick which is a $30 product. Found it in the electronics section behind a locked glass case. No one seemed to be working in electronics but there was one employee working in photo development. I asked him if anyone could help, to which he replied "im the only one here and im making a canvas print so its going to be a while, unless you want to go find someone else". I walked around for at least 15 minutes before he finished. Then as I waited by the desk, he grabbed another associate and asked her to open the case for me. Could he not have called her on the radio to begin with? She opened the case for me then explained i would have to wait for the initial associate to check me out. Again, this is a $30 product. I told her I was ready to check out now and she agreed to walk me to the front as the product had to be "protected". Next time I'll buy online at Target. I understand theft is an issue, but at least have a valid way to get products for customers. read more

I would normally give this Walmart 5 stars. I shop here often, and employees are usually helpful and friendly. That said, my most recent checkout experience was awful. The clerk named "Wilma" was completely unprofessional--chewing gum, blowing bubbles, and talking with others instead of doing her job. She showed no interest in helping customers and had a rude, dismissive attitude. When spoken to, she became argumentative rather than helpful with her broken English, creating an uncomfortable and frustrating situation at checkout, it felt like an insult. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the store. One employee with such a bad attitude and work ethic can easily ruin what is otherwise a good shopping experience. Management seriously needs to address this. read more

Daniel, the asset protection associate is a stain on this otherwise good store. Stopping customers after paying over a $10 pack of soda which was in fact payed for, forcing them to pay for it again, and then showed no remorse or humility after realizing he was wrong. Daniel is the epitome of power hungry and shouldn't be in a position where he can harass and intimidate customers over a hunch. Shame on you Daniel. read more

The floor associate noticed the cash back & brought it to C.S. When I returned, inquiring about my $20 cash back, the floor associate happily greeted me & the C.S. asked for proof of my receipt, which I happily provide. One of the cleaner walmarts in Denver. But i'm writing this review because of an experience I had with my curbside order. I was running a few minutes late to my slot time and they just cancelled my order. No call, text, or even an email. It's been hours since then I still don't even have an email that says "ordered cancelled" or anything like that. Would not recommend management here. Set a job listing for 19.50 an hour, was reached out for the position by Robert Thomas who then went on to state that they were actually hiring for 18.50 and that the listing was for another location. When asked what location he was at, it was the same address as the location posted on a job forum. I brought it to his attention, and he went on to shrug it off (provided picture of listing) and said it was mostly the case at some of the stores but not that one, then went on to tell me to try another store. Red flags in management, if you cant honor something as simple as pay, maybe don't post the listing or become a manager. read more

What a hole. Constantly moving things around that don't need to be moved. Constantly removing product that we regularly purchase, so we purchase it elsewhere. Still can't split payments on the scan & go machines. 99% of the time we go, there are more employees shopping for other people and taking items off the shelf, than there are employees restocking product. The shelves constantly look like a ghost town, and more often than not you'll see entire sections that have been completely neglected and everything is out of stock. I've been complaining to managers of this store for 7 years. They care less than I've ever seen anyone care about anything at all. Managers are entirely apathetic, and they absolutely do not care what customers think. Walmart customer service doesn't help any either. When I point out these issues, they tell me to talk to a "salaried member of management", and when I do that, they tell me that those decisions are at the corporate level. They just send you in a circle. Now, let's get to the employment side of things. They can't get their scheduling straight. People constantly quit because they have absolutely no idea how to properly schedule their employees I work with a lady who quit this store after they didn't get her schedule right, and when she pointed it out, the manager basically didn't care and deducted points anyway, so she quit on the spot. My own son had to quit Walmart because they would schedule him to work DURING SCHOOL HOURS. When we'd point out the issue, they'd try to fix it, but still would screw it up. Ask for 16 hours per week, they'd schedule 38. Walmart is pretty much run by morons, and they do not care what customers or employees say. We shop here regularly because it's close and cheap, but it's absurd the amount of stuff we have to buy elsewhere because either we can't find the product anymore, because they insist on reorganizing constantly, they've stopped carrying the products we buy (LaChoy Soy sauce, Lawry's taco seasoning, list goes on), or the shelves simply aren't properly stocked with product. read more

I recently bought a new TV and a 4K player in the electronic department at this WalMart. The guy I asked to help me was handicapped, and he was SSOOOOO rude it wasn't even funny. He never said one word to me and seemed really put out. He rang me up, put the TV on a cart to roll out, and he just threw my 4K player really hard on the cart. Needless to say he broke it and I had to come back and exchange it. NEVER said one word to me, even when he rang me out. He made it a real awkward situation. I felt bad that he was handicapped and had to lift the TV by himself because he grunted when I asked to help him. They need to put this guy somewhere in the store away from customers. Really uncomfortable situation. Would not recommend the electronics department at this particular location. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

I placed an order on 11/21/2022 with my Thanksgiving dinner items. I asked for my order to be delivered the day before Thanksgiving, November 23rd. So, they had prior knowledge of my order so they could plan accordingly. Today is November 27 and I have yet to receive my order. I have tried calling Wal-Mart online ordering probably 30 times over the past 4 days with no answer on their end. In addition to no answer, their voicemail is full and will not accept any new voicemails. I finally went on today and canceled my order. Thank goodness King Soopers was open on Thanksgiving morning (Wal-Mart was not)! I pay $12.95 per month for delivery through Wal-Mart. It's only $15 (and some change) PER YEAR for delivery from King Sooper!!!! I will be canceling my monthly subscription to Wal-Mart and continuing with King Soopers. Sadly, this has happened to me repeatedly from this store. They seem to have a real problem with getting their groceries delivered to their customers. This customer is done waiting for them to get their $H!T together. read more

This is a fairly new, well kept location. It's not one of the super huge stores but it's a very large store. You will notice that it's smaller when you visit departments like sporting goods and they also do not offer an auto/tire center. Grocery is pretty complete but their produce is pretty poor. My wife and I were scanning our groceries when Walmart employee Raven approached us and asked if we were going to scan the chicken. I had scanned the chicken and asked what I had done wrong. She said that she would have to re-scan our entire order because if I skipped one thing there were probably others. I saw the chicken was showing as scanned and asked what exactly was missed. At that point she shut down and wouldn't answer any questions and said she had to get a manager. No manager came and we really had no idea what was going on. When we approached her to ask what was going on she got defensive and wouldn't respond. If you are going to accuse a customer of attempted theft, you better explain exactly what it is that was done incorrectly. No manager came so we dumped our bagged items back in the cart to leave. On the way out we ran into a manager who was very apologetic, however, at that point it was too late. Raven cost her company $250 in groceries that night and thousands more in the future as we will not go back. The most interesting part of this experience was when we went to King Soopers to buy the groceries we had at Walmart. I was always under the impression that Walmart was significantly less expensive than other chains. However, we found that the prices were very comparable. And there were friendly people that not only scanned our groceries but bagged them as well. read more

A year ago, I would have given this Walmart a 4 star. What has changed? Well, for starters, it is getting busier by the day, and they are not staffing enough at check outs or on the shelf. I was in on Sunday, and there were people four to five deep in line with full carts waiting to check out. I shop Walmart often, and they were out of stock on quite a lot of items. This store is getting way more business, and they need to add staff. Also, the carts are defective. Most of them have issues with the wheels. Since the store is not that old, I think they should get a refund from the cart manufacturer and replace some of those defective carts. They do a horrible job of cleaning debris out of the carts from previous uses as well. Nice location and customer base, so they are really dropping the ball here. read more

I don't know why this Walmart has such bad reviews. For one, it's a freaking WALMART. Not a Harrods, like in London. Plus, its one of the newer stores, and far less ghetto than the other Walmart stores in the area. The check out lines aren't always a mile long. Got off work at 10 after a long shift and realized that the screen protector I purchased for my iPhone was for the wrong generation. Ran to my local Walmart and they didn't have the one that I needed so I came to this location and their service desk was closed, I found the protector I needed (it just so happened to be the last one) and went to check out. The service desk manager (Krysten) was a royal bitch who acted like exchanging a screen protector that was the same price as the one I had originally purchased, was a huge burden on her and she acted like she was doing me a favor rather than that she was doing her JOB. In the future I will gladly drive to a farther Walmart if my local one doesn't have what I need. read more

this was my first visit to this location. my shopping experience was great! the store was clean and they have a great selection of items. i found everything that i needed. the reason i'm giving only 1 star is because the 'self checkout' employee was SO RUDE, MEAN & actually SCARY! i decided not to purchase one item so i walked it over to her and politely said, "i'm not taking this after all". she didn't respond and literally just glared at me with an almost evil look! wasn't sure if she heard me so i said it again and once more, she said nothing and kept giving me an evil look (as if i had done something wrong!) i then asked, "are you ok?". then she says, in a hateful, mean tone, "YEAH, ARE YOU!?!?!". i was shocked! then i said, "yes i am! i was making sure YOU were because you just stared at me and didn't say anything!!" then she says, "do we need to get a manager over here?". WHAT THE?!?!! then she comes over to my register, scans her card and presses some buttons. again, i was confused because i had already scanned and bagged everything. so i said, "is there a problem?". she said, "no it looks like i broke it". then she walked away. i thought to myself, "ok what in the heck is wrong with her?". i swiped my cc and the screen just kept idling and idling. at this time some other customers walked in to check out and the SAME EMPLOYEE who just acted totally bizarre, was now the nicest, most courteous person to them!!! i cringed!!! but i finally turned to her and asked for help and she was once again totally rude!!!! i almost lost it at this point because she said that i'd probably have to rescan everything again!!! WHAT!!! finally another 'self check out' employee walked in and i asked HER for help. she was able to fix the problem right away and i was done. i honestly DO NOT know what her problem was with me (the first one). i honestly was scared, she gave me bad vibes and i thought she wanted to hit me or something. then to be all nice to other customers?!?!? totally bipolar!!!! i left with a bad taste in my mouth ... thinking, "how the heck do people like that even get hired and keep their jobs?!?!". i won't be returning just for that reason! read more

This store has only been open a little over a year but looks pretty rundown on the outside. The front of the store is littered with trash and cigarette butts - mostly the remanents from employee breaks!! They do not gather shopping carts out of the parking lot on a regular basis and it is not unusual to find them in the landscapping or blocking parking spaces. The store does not stock as much variety as other Walmarts - choices are much more limited and it is not unusual for some items to be completely out of stock at any given time. The staff is a mixed bag - some of the employees are very friendly and helpful but some (especially managers) are so rude you wonder why they are working in retail in the first place. read more

Well, it's Wally World, the good, it's a Wal-Mart you can easily get into get what you need and get out FAST, cause it is not that busy, the bad, they run out of their stock quickly on items, and sometimes they do not carry alot of what the other busier Wallys have. This Wal-Mart is just like many others, it is big and has everything. The grocery section is clean and always really well stocked. The store itself is clean and well kept, the bathrooms are nice. 5 star review is given because of the exceptionally great service that I have received at the Vision Center. Linda explained to me how eye glasses prescriptions work and advised me on the type of lenses for my child. Linda is very knowledgeable and I felt that she had my best interests in mind, whereas the eye doctor's office was trying to push a $400 "necessary" expense on me. I walked out of there with an extra pair of glasses (for myself) and still paid less than half of what I would have paid just for my child's prescription at the eye doctor's office. I had ordered glasses through this center before before and have never had any problems. I'll be back! read more

This is the best Walmart for holiday shopping, and even for Black Friday shopping. It's not nearly as crowded as the other Walmart stores, and the staff are quite helpful. Today a worker in the Christmas isle dropped what he was doing to help me find plates in another department, and a cashier named Blanca wrapped them carefully for me- despite a long line at checkout. I'm pleased this is the Walmart closest to my house, and give it 4 stars. read more

I like the way this Walmart is set up and I love the spacious isles. It is never really too busy and most of the cashiers are friendly.

Never can I find the right prices for items. Tried to do some shopping, got annoyed and just left. There was 3 different prices for the blackberries and 2 different prices for the strawberries. Shouldn't be that hard for someone to do their job and get the prices right. read more

Ordered off the app. Was suppose to arrive between 7-8. At 6:40 I got a notification saying my order was ready for pick up. I arrived around 7:10. App tells me they know I've arrived and no need to call. So I sit there for a little over 30 mins while people are getting their orders, not thinking anything. A lady comes to the window and asks me if I'm someone else, i gave her my correct name then like 10 mins later a guy comes out taking names from all the cars waiting. I asked him how much longer until I received my order. He responded within 1-2 orders. He knows I've been waiting for awhile and apologized. I see 3-4 cars get their orders. All cars that have arrived after me. So I get out and ask the guy about my order. At this point I've been in my car waiting for 45mins. The guy is nice and says he will grab it right after the order he was working on. He comes out with my order with 5/6 items not available. It was breakfast sausage, shredded cheese, pasta sauce and few other basic items. I am beyond pissed at this point, I sign off on all the shit they didn't grab. The guy starts trying to make small talk so I came off pretty bitchy but I clicked substitute items on everything for a reason! Now I have to make another trip to the market. If I would have known it would have taken a hour out of my night and i was going to be missing 1/2 my items, I would have just went in the damn store myself.
