I really enjoy this Walmart because it has a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. There are these lovely hills all around, especially in April when everything is so green. Even the parking lot has a gorgeous view. That said, inside it feels a bit disorganized. The shelves and vending machines look really dusty and haven't been cleaned for a long time. I hope the manager steps up, keeps things organized, and makes sure the staff stay on top of their duties instead of being glued to their phones. read more

Randomly walking into Walmart in Pomona, I found a pink Hello Kitty Christmas set, just great for lounging around. You have to buy the sweater and sweatpants separately, but the prices were, I guess, pretty reasonable. Around $14.95 plus tax. I was looking for a specific dog treat but wasn't able to find it at the store. Parking was plentiful and the store itself was decent with many things that you could end up buying. read more

For the cold seasons I heard this product was good. There's two different kinds went with the blue box. Service was helpful. Plenty of parking right in front. Extremely poor customer service at the auto center. We took our car here to get battery replaced that we bought from them as well, the guy checking us in Jesus, was very rude and refused to take us saying he has 3 cars to replace batteries. This was after we called and they said we can come in and just leave the car. The team leader Gerardo then took over and took care of the car. A day later, the car would not start again, we found out they installed a DEAD BATTERY. Would never come here again. It felt like this was done intentionally. read more

I came here today dec 5, around 315pm I was in the self checkout, when I scanned a Sweatshirt that I got and folded it and put it in a walmart hag. If you're going here to get your tires changed please do not go to Edgar. He is by far the rudest employee I ever met. I brought my mom to get her front tires changed and she pointed out that there was a nail on one of the rear tires. When I looked at it I told her it was okay then Edgar proceeds to tell me it's not safe you can't drive like that. I told him that I would take it to my shop to get it patched and still continues to proceed it's not safe and it's not fixable. I told him I've got bigger nails on my car before and got it patched with no problem at all. He continues to argue with me with an attitude and raising his voice. Has the nerve to say "who is he to you?" to my mom. Why does that matter? We got another employee named Jimmy to help us instead. I had explained to Jimmy that I got my tires fixed with a nail at my car shop with no problem. He then brought a spray to see if there was an air leak on the nail and there was none at all. He proceeds to tell me that mom/pops shops can fix it with no problems as he claimed he's patched his nail in the tire with no problems at all at his shop. You keep your hopes low when you go to a Walmart. You're sacrificing customer service for lower prices. This location took it to new lows. First is a customer service desk with one person and 10 people in line, just a quick heads up to all entering you're satisfaction is on the bottom of our to fill list. Certain things need to be locked up for security and if you need any of those things, don't be in a rush. Once someone is called, I'm guessing they draw straws to see who will come help with the one set of keys. I'm fresh out of the hospital and walk three times as fast as the person I spotted down the isle that eventually got my items out of the case. This branch does not honor their online price that is on their website and app. I was on my way home and saw this walmart so I decided to get off the free way and go here instead (instead of going to the walmart by my house) And I bought a 6ft (72") floor lamp. Website and app shows on sale for $11.44 plus tax. They rung this up and it came up to $27.50. I was like thats a big tax... turns out the lamp is scanning as $24.94. The cashier called the manager for help to see what is happening and the manager told me look at the zip code on your app. We did and it showed their store. She scan the item, it is now showing $23.99 and the manager then said yeah we have to scan items and whatever the price that shows thats what they go for. If yoh type it it will show a diff price but we have to scan it. This feels like a Bait and Switch. So they dont honor the price they list. read more

Automotive big muscle bald worker attempted to intimidate because they did not have my tire appointment. We had pre purchased tire and installation for 9am had confirmation number showed up early no one in line. I asked to add a oil change they refused said you have to get in other line wait either before or after tire change which they were not going to do because they said had no record of it even though we had all of our documents. We were planning on spending over 500 on work needed for the car they refused. No customer service no convenience and prices are high everything Walmart supposed to stand for and failed at all I normally don't write reviews either way but they upset me and rather pay more somewhere else get descent service than deal with them please avoid if you wants frustration free service not worth the money or time. read more

Do not come here to buy gift cards and online game refill cards, you have to fall in line in customer service to pay for it via cash or debit card only - the most rediculous policy I've ever known. Came in this morning on the hunt for my daughters formula. I had already been to 3 other locations before this and had no luck though I had finally found two cans at this location. First thing right off the bat was that they make you wait FOREVER to open the case for you. I rang that button a few times and NO ONE came; employees just passing by left and right but no one asks if you need help or anything. I had to flag an employee down myself or else I'd be waiting there even longer. The second thing would be that apparently THIS SPECIFIC Walmart doesn't accept wic. Last night I went to Walmart to buy a TV after my Tv of 6 years blow out, I waited 45 minutes for someone to carry the tv out for me now the girl back there Kept calling the front desk for someone to come carry the tv to my car but nobody came. I had to push the 55 inch Tv on the floor to the front of the store and I asked someone else only to be told they are short of staff, I'm 6 months pregnant and had to push that Tv to the first door. Luckily for me there was a front manager standing right there he asked if he could help me carry it out, which I greatly appreciate it & he also apologize. Came in last night to return brand new tire chains that were never used. Customer service said that tire chains were non-refundable and final sale and there is a signage indicating final sale on snow chains. Went to the tire chain section and there was never any signage whatsoever indicating final sale.. Would of never purchased it otherwise. I was looking for the "Mainstay" single cup coffee maker. But couldn't find one. I tracked down a lady named Brooklyn. She verified that there was one in the storeroom and went to get it for me. Once I had my item and started walking away, she realized that she had gotten the wrong product and tracked me down to inform me. And then she went and got the right item. Ordered 4 bags of coffee for same day delivery and it never came. Waited all day for it. Then they marked it delivered and they never even came to my house. I called Walmart to find out where my order was. They said a third party delivery company named LMN-same day was handling it. I found out that 3rd party company is also Walmart. I called 800-966-6546 to find out why it was never delivered and they marked it delivered. She said it was still at the warehouse. I said why did you mark it delivered. She said I'll get with the delivery man and find out why he did it. I said what delivery guy you said it never left the warehouse. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Not sure how many people they have done this too. Sounds like a scam. Don't use their same day delivery it's expensive and a good chance you'll never get it. read more

ZERO STARS I am VERY VERY UPSET I came in last night around 10 pm before closing time to fulfill my gaming needs and I bought a gaming head set (Astros A20's) mind you they are not cheap headsets. As soon as I get home I open the box and there is a part missing. The part was the Bluetooth transmitter that connects my headset with the PlayStation. At first I thought okay maybe I dropped it but no after literally 45 minutes of looking for the usb i could not find it and I am 100% SURE THAT I DID NOT DROP IT. I needed some new boots for work, so I came in one evening to Walmart because my dad told me Walmart has great deals on work boots. As much as I despised coming to Walmart in the past, I said I'll give it another shot. since I hadn't been in so long. So I walk in, ask for directions for the boots, (because I don't shop here so I don't know the display). The guy points me to the back wall. So I walk back there and instantly 2 pairs caught my eye. As I'm trying on one of the pairs I'm looking around to find out there are no full body mirrors. So I walked down a couple aisles which had full body mirrors to see myself. As I'm waking back I notice a Hispanic worker cleaning up the boxes of shoes that I was trying on. I go up to her and tell her "sorry I was trying those on, I was trying to find a full body mirror so I had walked away for a quick second" she gave me this look as if she had the worst day. She didn't even say "oh ok" she just kinda threw me the box back and left. So I continue to try on the pairs and about 5 mins later I see another Hispanic lady walk out of nowhere with a black coat on. She's walking very skeptical towards the shoe rack where I was and I noticed her look at me. So I looked up and said hey how's it going, turns out the black coat was a security coat. So instantly as a black male 6'2 I understand people might look at me and think he's an athlete haha. Not "I think he's trying to steal" but I let it go and I continued to try on the shoes. I was hoping for the best, thinking "she's just walking the store doing her job" ...20 minutes go by. She's still standing there side eyeing me. At this point it was obvious I was being racially motivated. For what reason, I don't know why. But hey that's Walmart for you. Now of course after someone "that looks like me" figures out he's being racially motivated. He's supposed to act "hood" or "ghetto" and lash out and cause a scene right?? Because I'm guessing that's what they thought I would do after I caught on to they're obvious tactics. Instead I walked up to her and said "hey how's it going, your watching me right?, yeah I just came in for some work boots, I'm actually a realtor, and needed some for some construction I'm doing. But you wouldn't guess that huh?? You must've thought I was some thug right?....dead silence* she looks at me and says "oh noo I was just waking doing my job" I said oh ok so why stop here for 10 minutes?? She looks at me and says...nothing. I then calmly walked over to the worker that picked up the shoes earlier and said "hey, here's my real estate license card just to throw you for a loop. I'm not a thug trying to steal shoes from Walmart !" But once again that what you get when you come to Walmart right? I proceeded to tell them that "thanks for ruining my shopping experience, once again!" & also try not to be so obvious next time" Then walked out*. To conclude this very long storytime about good ole Walmart . I will never be coming back..to any of the establishments.
