You're unable to reach a pharmacist when you call and are forced to go thru an agonizingly long series of voice prompts before you must leave a message. You then have to wait for them to call back, IF they call back. Might be 10 minutes, an hour, two hours, might be the next day -who knows!!? The point is they make what would be a 4 minute task turn into an hours long event. I've taken my entire family's prescriptions from their "service" and gone to another provider.

I went to pick up an order that the CVS Health app said was ready. It was not ready, told to sit and wait, it would be right out. 25 minutes later I checked and found it had been ready for a while. No one on Liz's team let me know. That's when Liz made her rude comment toward me. My last vist to the pharmacy, I witnessed Liz berating a young lady on her staff who could not find an order for a waiting patient. Liz's behavior is totally unacceptable, no patient deserves to see pharmacy staff conflict or be talked to rudely. I hope CVS senior management will take this input seriously, I am not one to post reviews unless I am truly disturbed.
