You're unable to reach a pharmacist when you call and are forced to go thru an agonizingly long series of voice prompts before you must leave a message. You then have to wait for them to call back, IF they call back. Might be 10 minutes, an hour, two hours, might be the next day -who knows!!? The point is they make what would be a 4 minute task turn into an hours long event. I've taken my entire family's prescriptions from their "service" and gone to another provider.

I also really appreciate that the drive-thru has a huge awning; it's very helpful in bad weather.

Then I come back 40 mins later and the guy is like, "oh yea it's still in process, come back in like 30." I said, "There's no way, I was just here and she said come back in 20. It's been 50 mins." He said, "oh ok you've been here already just stay here and I'll work on it." Mind you, it's for an inhaler. I also ate my whole pizza while waiting. I'm not impressed and will definitely be calling their corporate office because what do you mean I have to wait this long and keep coming back? Ain't nobody got time for this. Maybe CVS will treat me better and I'll only eat 2 pieces while waiting!

Eventually, I spotted two employees on the floor, and one of them kindly approached me to ask if I needed help. I let him know I was looking to get a passport photo, and his response came with a humorous hesitation--like he wasn't thrilled but was totally willing to help. We both laughed, and from there it turned into a really pleasant experience. He was personable, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy. He even used my first name a few times and wished me a great evening on my way out. Just a small detail, but it really stood out. The cost was around $19, which felt reasonable, and the whole thing was seamless and efficient. I truly appreciated the great customer service--he seemed to enjoy his job and do it well. I wish I had caught his name so he could receive the kudos he deserves--I may call the store tomorrow to make sure he gets the recognition.
