The workers here will not answer any questions, help you at all and will actually try and make you feel stupid. These are some of the worst employees I have ever met and honeskty they should fire everyone here. I hope they are overworked and underpaid. They deserve all the hate they get they are so incredibly rude to i'm guessing all their customers and hopefully not just me. Everytime I have went there I am more patient then the employees themselves. They told me they don't have primary and secondary coverage for insurance because of why because they don't want to help. When I asked the lady about their insurance policy's all she said was the price of my prescription. Every single lady working at this place will make you want to die. I am telling you right not it's not worth your time and obviously not worth theirs either. My business will be transferred else wear and I am not scared to tell anyone else not to go here. Not to mention, I have looked up their insurance they will take and they do take primary and secondary. This is a bullshit ran CVS, no hate to any other CVS but the pharmacy employees are some of the worst workers ever. Doesn't matter the time or the lady I can promise you they will never take your serious and don't even want to do their own job. The most unprofessional group of lady's I have ever seen in my entire life. Shitty employees and shitty service.

This store has some of the hardest working pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and staff. Over time, the last couple of years maybe we have watch this store and staff take on closing Walgreens patients. The lines have tripled and the faces change monthly. This is the only 24 hour pharmacy, you are working them so hard, to the point of people leaving. Staff shortages to the point of having to close due to lack of coverage or a pharmacist needed time off. You care for the medication needs, the literal health of your customers, but not your own staff. No one complains to customers or patients, but when you come from the medical field you recognize the burnout. You see the turnover in staffing. Please help this store and hire more staff. If these wonderful people have touched your life, please post. Corporate needs to hear from us. Support the staff, understand the amount of work they take on with every closure. This is a five star pharmacy, if it is falling off the five star is not the employees. Be nice to the staff. No I am not an employee, my Aunt worked her whole career with Walgreens, but passed a long time ago. So this is just a patient standing up. We need this store, we want you to stop closing stores, and take better care of your staff. Thank you.

However, waiting a week for a prescription that is "in progress" with no ability to speak to anyone (no one answers the phone), is completely unacceptable. I backed into a free one and entered. There were some Christmas merchandise deals. I didn't get any because I was more interested in post-Christmas sales. I did find pop. Three two-litre bottles were going for $7. I managed to grab three in my hands. There was a lineup. Luckily, I could place my bottles of pop on various counters to give my arms a rest. There was one man in front of me who had maybe less than $200 cash placed on the counter. The male staffer said in Spanish that he needed this customer's ID. He was also holding each bill up to the light. The customer couldn't produce any ID, so he collected his money and left. One word: interesting. I rarely have cash on me. It was cool seeing so much cash. It was my turn to get another male staffer at the checkout. He didn't say much, but he was great double-bagging my bottles of pop. I entered my phone number to collect reward points. I paid with a credit card. Done! I thanked the man and left with my items. When I got to my hotel room, all three bottles of pop when in the fridge. I was happy. I had a great experience. It was nice to visit a different Walgreens for variety. (6)
