I am SO glad they "didn't have the time or ability to make me happy" in Coon Rapids to fix that disaster, because otherwise I'd have never found Emma in Blaine. Not only is she incredibly personable and understanding, she miraculously made the mess I left Coon Rapids with something that people are now complimenting me on. I'm honestly excited to start "fresh" with her and see what else we can do with my hair in future! Seriously though, Emma is amazing.

I was going to do laser hair removal and I couldn't handle the pain, so I asked for a refund and I was told several times I couldn't get one because apparently "all sales are final." Wow that would have been nice to know but again, I bought the package over the phone to take advantage of a deal they were offering before it ended. When I came in to attempt my first laser service, I again did not sign any paperwork stating no refunds. InnerBeauty said my only option was to switch it to an "in-store credit" but my Esthetician left and that's the only reason why I was going to this place. My options were to see another Esthetician or buy product. So finally after multiple times of trying to just get my money back, I settled with buying product so I could just be done with this place!!! I came in to buy my product yesterday and I've never felt so disrespected in my life. It was very obvious the front desk and another employee knew exactly who I was because I stated my first name and the front desk girl already knew my last name (I had only been there twice to specifically see my Esthetician) and all they did was stare, judge and laugh while I was trying to figure out what product to get.
