A family wedding brought KS Salon and I together. I decided too late prior to this wedding that I…read moreprobably need help with my hair. I can't do much besides a ponytail or clip. My regular lady at my routine salon was already booked for the day. Heather luckily had a 10am opening and I got an appointment. Without meeting her and not knowing her curly hair skills, she did a great job. She used my natural curls and 33 Bobby pins to create a cute "get it off my neck, it's hot outside, but leave a couple dangle around my cheeks" updo. No hot tools needed! Heather was friendly and professional. We conversed while she was working her magic. Her two daughters are going to school for my occupation and we found out we had some things in common too. She was done in 20 mins and I was slightly disappointed the appointment was over so quickly. Walking into the place is welcoming and clean. I love the high ceilings with crystal chandeliers. A fancy warehouse feel with sleek lines and open spaces. Customer products available for purchase at the counter and on display shelves in the waiting area. Easy to get to from hwy 65 and Main St (125th Ave, hwy 242). Plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend and may make another appointment for other services.

I've been seeing Jill for about 10 years now and I've always been happy with the results. Please note: I have curly hair and keep a basic cut with layers, NO BANGS! So I can't do those fad styles like The Rachel or an inverted bob. Facial waxing services are also offered. I used to get my eye brows waxed after the shampoo/conditioner. Affordable....however I switched to European Wax Center just because it's less painful. Not due to poor skills. I can style my own hair day to day, but when I want a curly updo I make sure I make an appointment. One updo pic is done by Jill. The other is my Laura L. **Be a responsible customer no matter where you go or who you see. Communication is key. I always bring pictures of the style, cut or color I want.

She listens to you, she is a perfectionist, she is thorough and she's just the best at what she does. I went in there with a ombre/balayage. It was growing out and looking a little brassy. I asked for a cut that would fit my lifestyle: mom, no time in the morning to get ready and easy to style. I also asked for a balayage that would look natural and grow out to look naturally too. I don't have time to go to the salon every 2-3 months like my younger days. Sarah gave me the most beautiful color. When you go close up to my hair, the colors blend together like boyz 2 men singing a harmony. It was insane! The person who did my balayage before, did a good job, but Sarah did a perfect job. She gave me a cut that compliment my face and lifestyle. I walked out of the salon that day feeling like a million bucks. Not to mention I got stopped so many times by people, telling me how they love my hair and that I looked like a famous person (but thats another story). Talk didn't seem force, it flowed naturally. She's funny and extremely friendly. I would recommend her. I already told my friends to go see her. Her prices are reasonable. I just love her!!! She tells you each step what she's doing and at the end she gives you a mini lesson on how to style your hair. Who does that??!!! I love sarah and will continue to see her.
