This has been our family Walgreens store for close to 20 years. We appreciate how much time you…read moretake to assist our family in times of need. This store has some of the hardest working pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and staff. Over time, the last couple of years maybe we have watch this store and staff take on closing Walgreens patients. The lines have tripled and the faces change monthly. This is the only 24 hour pharmacy, you are working them so hard, to the point of people leaving. Staff shortages to the point of having to close due to lack of coverage or a pharmacist needed time off. You care for the medication needs, the literal health of your customers, but not your own staff. No one complains to customers or patients, but when you come from the medical field you recognize the burnout. You see the turnover in staffing. Please help this store and hire more staff. If these wonderful people have touched your life, please post. Corporate needs to hear from us. Support the staff, understand the amount of work they take on with every closure. This is a five star pharmacy, if it is falling off the five star is not the employees. Be nice to the staff. No I am not an employee, my Aunt worked her whole career with Walgreens, but passed a long time ago. So this is just a patient standing up. However, waiting a week for a prescription that is "in progress" with no ability to speak to anyone (no one answers the phone), is completely unacceptable. This is not a one off, it's a consistent problem. Sure, I could go in person and wait in line for minimum 30 minutes, but I will just be told the prescription isn't ready yet. I'm literally powerless to get my blood pressure medication that I even more desperately need to deal with this! *As predicted, an hour plus in store and no one is clear on where my prescription is or if it will be filled today.

Got to Walgreens and was told that there was no pharmacist. Ran back to the urgent care and had them sent to Cub. I know people get sick and shit happens, but this was the first time we were done wrong. A few weeks ago, I was waiting for 2 prescriptions for my husband who was suffering from a terrible Gout flare up. I was told his prescriptions would be ready in 15 minutes. An hour later I was still waiting. Finally got the prescription and went home. Only had one of his prescriptions in the bag. Had to go back and pick up the other one. Called the urgent care to make sure they were both sent in. Yes they were both sent in. Not even an appology!!!! HATE Walgreens and I don't trust them at all. Sat next to really nice lady while I was waiting. She was called and told her rx was ready. She drove all the way from Andover and when she got there to pick it up, they told her they didnt even carry the prescription she was there to pick up!!! This is just shameful. Please BEWARE!!!

Store has really tanked since shift manager Zack left. There are lots of new faces and employers…read moreand they aren't always well trained. Coupons don't always scan or come off like they are supposed to. I understand that this issue needs to be corrected by a higher up department but sometimes depending on who's working they are sometimes unwilling to help or correct the issue when it's not the customers fault. The store employees are so scared to override coupons or type them in manually which is frustrating. Big brother is watching stores closely and not allowing store level staff to take care of the customer. My photo order was marked as being done but at pickup they couldn't find it. I was told the printer was down and it didn't print. Annoying that my order would have been marked as completed as this was a time waster.

So of course it starts yelling at me to remove the unscanned item...as I'm scanning my purchases....which sends it in to chaos mode. So I'm cursing the machine while trying to click through the screens to verify it rang up my bottles? Jaron was checking someone out, when out of nowhere a woman appeared to try to restore order...as I'm still cursing the machine whilst saying this is user error!! Thankfully she then went and helped the next person in line so I could just scoot over to Jaron & have him ring me up....as I apologized for user error and we joked about how you get all worked up and sweaty. So my issue was completely user error but I am appreciative that I was able just to slide over and my sale was seamlessly rang up and my sweaty meltdown could cease! Thank you!!

Last night the printer for posters wasn't working and they actually called to let us know. We have had our flu shots and COVID shots here and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. We did make an appointment for our COVID shots but just walked in for the flu shots. We had to change our address and they were very helpful. Every time I walk out of this location I am satisfied with service.

They told me that they had the medicine and to come back at 4:30 for it. When I come back at 5, they tell me that they do not have the medicine. By the time I've picked up my prescription and taken it back to my local Walgreens, I've missed the prescription order cutoff time for the day. I am now forced to watch my wheezing cat suffer with absolutely no remedy when I could've gotten the prescription a day sooner from another location if they were truthful with their stock. Terribly inconvenient and awful service.
