I called the store and provided an item number to see if they had it in stock as the website said they did and CVS inventory management is wildly off and I didn't want to waste my time. The associate who answered the phone typed in the item number in the computer and told me they didn't have it. I informed her that on the website it says in stock but she pushed back saying they didn't have it. She didn't go physically check the shelf like other CVS stores. I found myself in the area later went inside and they had 6 of the item I was looking for! Associate that was on the phone didn't have a desire to help me and merely wanted to trust the computer. The pet food aisle is 2 aisles down from the cash registers. This is ridiculous. read more

I always find the staff extremely helpful in the pharmacy, no matter how busy they are. They always know me by name, they are always extremely proactive about getting prescriptions fulfilled. I'm very grateful for all their help. Thank you also to the friendly people in the front. read more

I recently ran out of my antidepressants and was having a hard time getting in contact with my prescriber to get a refill - after two days off my meds I was feeling overwhelmed with emotions and not able to think straight. I called the pharmacy here and told them my situation and the person I talked to was able to get a refill on my meds and have them ready in 10 minutes and she used a coupon that got me them at a cheaper price. I was super grateful for who I talked to! Also, in general, I've always received great service at this location. read more

Pharmacy sucks! Takes forever and very unfriendly, and usually they don't have the prescription even after a week! Better off going over the border and getting it on the black market compared to what you have to go through here! read more

The customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. They were rude to us and others. And it wasn't just one person. They seem to have a morale and culture issue. The positives are that the store is nice and clean and the Minute Clinic staff were great! read more

I stopped to get a vaccination but was told they were closing. They were open for another half hour, had shots available & only one other person waiting for a prescription to be filled. I responded that they were open for a full half hour, to which the person responded, "we don't want to do anymore today but you can come back any time this week." Never will I shop here again! there was only one pharmacist on a Friday evening, she had no idea what she was doing. waited in line forever and she told us to come back 30-45 minutes later. we came back 2 hours later and she said our insurance was not valid. highly do not recommend. read more

Today, I stopped at the minute clinic with my twenty year old daughter. She doesn't live with me and wanted to be seen when I was able to go with her. We went through the process of signing her in and the system indicated that we would be seen next. Which was what I was hoping for because the place was dead and we had limited time before my daughter had to go to work. The PA comes out of the room and says "I am going to lunch and will be back in 30 minutes or so". Well gee, that would have been nice to know before we signed her in. I understand people need to eat, but there was not sign that she was going to lunch or anything. Needless to say we had to leave with out being seen. This was the second time in a month that I have been disappointed with the service I received at CVS. About a month ago I went to the minute clinic for an ear infection. The experience with the minute clinic was great, but the pharmacy was lacking. It was my first time using the minute clinic, so I was pleased that I was able to be seen without a wait. My ear was really bothering me. It was to the point that sound was muffled and I was not hearing very well. I was the only person waiting for an RX. I sat in the chair right in front of the register where people pick up their RX. They all knew I was waiting for it, because I went to the counter to make sure they had my correct insurance information. I waited for over a half and hour. I finally asked the girl when my RX was going to be ready? I was told it had been ready for about 20 minutes. She said that they probably announced it over the intercom, but that the intercom can be hard to hear. I was the only person seen at minute clinic, the only person waiting for a RX(for ear drops), I was sitting right in front of you and you didn't think to say "Did you know your RX is ready?" The fact that she acknowledged that there intercom sucked even irritated me more. You have patients that don't feel well and maybe not hear well. Practitioner here at the minute clinic is rude and inefficient. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. We will next time.

Today I visited the Minute Clinic inside this CVS and was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. In and out in about 1 hour from start to finish. First of all, I was seen by the PA Brenda within about 20 minutes of checking in (kiosk stated about 32 min wait). The PA Brenda was great and appointment went well. Then, my prescription was quickly filled by the Pharmacy and the girls back there were efficient and friendly. Christine even looked up my prescription discount (as I didn't have my prescription card on me) and saved me about $55. I think the negative reviews for this location are people not managing their expectations of a walk-in clinic, or just impossible to please people in general. I will use this location in the future if needed, and will recommend them to anyone looking for a walk-in clinic nearby. read more

This review is for the in-store Minute Clinic. I not sure if their hands are tied by corporate policy, but I find that the service is severely lacking. I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing time and found no other patients waiting. The kiosk, however, stated that they were closed to additional patients. The PA then found me and explained that she was currently with her last patient. While I understand that they cannot stay open forever (especially if business is slow), it does not feel unreasonable to see a last (and paying) customer (and next in line) that arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. I took my daughter and I to the MinuteClinic and we were both prescribed medication! I told them to send it to our normal pharmacy (target). Everything was fine till I arrived there to get our medication. The lady that had seen us at MinuteClinic only sent over my daughters prescription, not mine. So I tried calling and it's is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of the MinuteClinic, so I spoke with the pharmacy. The pharmacy was rude and acted like it was a inconvenience to send over my prescription and hung up the phone! I will not return to that CVS or MinuteClinic. read more
