I informed her that on the website it says in stock but she pushed back saying they didn't have it. She didn't go physically check the shelf like other CVS stores. I found myself in the area later went inside and they had 6 of the item I was looking for! Associate that was on the phone didn't have a desire to help me and merely wanted to trust the computer. The pet food aisle is 2 aisles down from the cash registers. This is ridiculous.
