I will absolutely never be coming back to this place. If you are reading this do NOT send any type of prescription to this specific location. The workers here will not answer any questions, help you at all and will actually try and make you feel stupid. These are some of the worst employees I have ever met and honeskty they should fire everyone here. I hope they are overworked and underpaid. They deserve all the hate they get they are so incredibly rude to i'm guessing all their customers and hopefully not just me. Everytime I have went there I am more patient then the employees themselves. They told me they don't have primary and secondary coverage for insurance because of why because they don't want to help. When I asked the lady about their insurance policy's all she said was the price of my prescription. Every single lady working at this place will make you want to die. I am telling you right not it's not worth your time and obviously not worth theirs either. My business will be transferred else wear and I am not scared to tell anyone else not to go here. Not to mention, I have looked up their insurance they will take and they do take primary and secondary. This is a bullshit ran CVS, no hate to any other CVS but the pharmacy employees are some of the worst workers ever. Doesn't matter the time or the lady I can promise you they will never take your serious and don't even want to do their own job. Horrible service. I just sat in the drive through to for 45 minutes, with two cars in front of me, the first was FINALLY helped after I watched them push the help button multiple times. The second car left once they could finally pull through, and I followed. I called to try and speak to a pharmacist and only could leave a message. My message said to call me so that I could transfer my prescription to Costco instead. I'll never come back to CVS again. Horrendous service. read more

I've been using this pharmacy since we moved into the area 3 years ago. At first it was great service, prescriptions ready when promised and good hours. Now, like all business they are very understaffed. The hours are reduced and it makes it difficult to get there if you work. Last time I went to pick up a prescription they didn't have it in stock. when I went to pick it up they gave me the other prescriptions and never mentioned they didn't have it.When I asked about it there was No offer to check to see if other stores had it in stock and "no idea" when I would be able to get it. Will be transferring my business elsewhere. read more

The one prescription I trusted to CVS failed for some reason nobody communicated to me, then somehow it got transferred to Walgreens. Maybe that part was the doctor, but to just flat out fail, don't call me etc. Now after messing up, they can't transfer it back. This CVS inspired me to call corporate, wait forever, to complain, but the corporate person connected me to the pharmacy staff again, who just hung up on me. I have now cancelled my extracare, and I will never walk into a CVS again, nor will I even use the target locations. They don't want any of your business. read more

Prior to my resent few visits to this CVS I was strictly a Walgreens guy. I ended up here in desperation because I heard they had an instant photo kiosk. Well they did and using it was super slick. Their manager was super helpful and very friendly. I like the sales they had going the week I was there so I've returned a few times since. I've experienced similar friendly service and have appreciated similar sales. Walgreens will have to step up their game for me to not turn to a strict CVS guy. read more

I switched from decades at Walgreen to CVS as my Health Provider offers better prices through CVS. I absolutely HATE the 108th Ln NE Blaine MN location. 1) In Jan 2022 I called in a prescription using the phones auto fill feature. It said my prescription would be ready by 12:30pm. I came through the drive thru at 1:35pm and the gal at the window told me they wouldn't be ready until 2:30pm. I mention that I already came an hour later than the automated message on the phone told me to and she snapped "what would you like me to do about it? We are short handed today". I said .. if you're short handed maybe letting people know since they will be showing up and none of the prescriptions will be ready at the time told. 2) Today I called because one of my prescriptions were far more expensive than my plan calls out. Again, I spoke to a gal who was short tempered who proceeded to tell me she has no idea why the price is different. I said, well then please just remove that prescription as I don't think that is a correct price and again she said in a short manner "fine, it's removed". I told her that she should be aware that she comes off as very impatient with general questions and she just went off on me. Once I get it but twice now of being treated like I was taking up their time. When the customer is made to feel like an annoyance it's time to move somewhere else. Makes me wonder if those who run this pharmacy are aware of the impact she has on their customers. read more

Rose was sooooo AWESOME! Omg, she was just kind, helpful, cheerful and empathetic! Especially when I broke out in a hot flash at the register! Loved her! I came in looking for natural menopause remedies and she directed me to the vitamin aisle....which is AMAZING. CVS now has a natural line that you would find at places like Whole Foods Market. I also learned from Rose that when CVS has a buy one get one sale and there is only one item left on the shelf like the organic apple cider vinegar (the good kind with the mother in it) you get 50% off of that single item!! We switched to this CVS from another well known chain pharmacy near our home. I'm happy we switched as most of the staff (especially Leah and Dan) know us well. At the other pharmacy, the staff couldn't pick us out of a lineup (and vice versa) even though we were there frequently. The rewards program isn't worth a hill of beans, but the pharmacy is good. read more

I wouldn't trust this place for prescriptions. Dr. called in a 20mg prescription. They didn't have that dosage. They DID have 10 mg. Why they couldn't prescribe me 2 10 mg pills to equal the 20mg is beyond me. Even my clinic was concerned at their lack of problem solving. After the realization that they had the correct dosage by modification, they write the wrong dosage directions on the bottle. Good thing I paid attention to the original prescription my Dr had ordered! Their response? " Oh, ya, it should say every 6 hrs, not every 4." Oops! Ugh. These people are prescribing medications! If I had not paid attention, it could have been disasterous. read more

Pharmacy staff is always helpful and friendly. Leah and Dan are the BEST! I don't do a lot of shopping for other things there, but feel confident that my prescriptions are handled the best way possible! Dan put us in touch with a discount program that saves us over 70 dollars a month, that we didn't know even existed, much less that we would qualify for! read more

Do not order photos from here the quality is awful. High quality pictures turn out blurry. You are way better off to order from Walgreens & there coupon code is way better. read more

I had been going here for 4 years for my prescriptions, but not after today. My doctor set up a new prescription that is quarterly, with 3 refills (in other words, lasts a year). A pharmacist at this location named "Lonnie"gruffly rang me up, acting as if I was annoying him by spelling my hard-to-spell last name, then barked that I could not have any more refills without seeing the doctor. I responded that this is incorrect, that I was supposed to have 3 refills. He responded very rudely, as if he thought I was asking for something I shouldn't be asking for, saying "that's what it says." He then turned his back and walked away. Didn't ask if I had questions about the prescription itself, didn't finish the conversation, just blew me off. Upon getting home, I read my documentation carefully, and could easily see that the prescription was indeed for a year, with the 3 refills. It concerns me greatly that CVS is employing someone with a hostile, uncooperative personality who is making mistakes like this - this person is filling medications, and is therefore responsible for people's lives. Needless to say at my next refill I will transfer the prescription to a different pharmacy. read more
