Debbie or Deb the store manager came out and proceeded to berate me for not taking my receipt. She pretty much call me a liar and acted like I want to get a free car wash out of them! I call them and asked to speak to the manager she wouldn't let me talk and tell her what the problem was. She kept talking over me she didn't want to hear what I had to say. I finally had to hang up. Very rude! I'll never go back I'm calling my bank to get the car wash taken off my debit purchase. If she hasn't got better customer service than that she should not be working as a manager! I'll be contacting the owner of the station. Unacceptable behavior on her part!

But I feel that, as a chain, they have gone downhill since being bought by the Couche-Tard. For example, inexplicably, they changed their soda machines, and they are now worse. (They did used to be a close second to my favorite. Now I avoid them for drinks.) This particular location is poorly laid out and it makes it difficult to find things. There is also trouble in the parking lot - because of they layout, people have difficulty figuring out when it is their turn to go. It's very cramped. So, inside and out is poorly designed. But the one thing that kept me coming back, when I was going to the attached Taco Bell, was the fact that they had Earl's Cheese Puffs. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they went the way of the good soda machine during the Couche-Tard acquisition. But I can still be disappointed.

I tried looking for a drink and it wasn't there, he passed by and I asked him if they had it. He came back with one. I then asked if he minded if I had another. It was a busy day and they had 3 people on the registers, Chris immediately went behind the counter to start helping out - I love seeing that! Since COVID is still present in the area, they have little "6 ft away" stickers on the ground for places people can stand to maintain distance. Their "start here" line for the cash register can be a bit confusing as the divider to guide people to the registers is off to the side and most of the time I go in here the line is always in a different direction. Not a dealbreaker but just something I've noticed whenever I visit. All that matters is we all form some type of line and get the items we need! Visited this location recently and once again had Chris when I was checking out, he's very kind and friendly, greeting everyone that comes to him! I love that there are so many options from "make your own coffee" to hot goods on the rollers (hot dogs and the like) as well as sandwiches on the other side. The bakery section is always stocked with doughnuts and sweets, as well as their AMAZING muffins! Like most gas stations they have snacks, chips, all sorts of drinks, and misc items. There was a woman wandering around the store and an employee by the name of Mike approached her. He said to her "I noticed you came from the storage locker area, are you hungry?" He was in the process of cleaning off the rollers where the food was. This kind gesture made me tear up. I commended his actions & as he said, it's the right thing to do. I told him, but it isn't the common thing to do. He did not have to help this woman, he could have thrown that food away. You need to know that this employee went above and beyond, and he should be recognized. I will be doing a Google review on your store as well.

Stopped in for Icee!…read more "SA" isn't my go-to gas station (I actually rarely get gas here). Over the last several weeks I seen them advertising a 'pineapple mango Icee'. I really wanted to try it! Plus they have a promo where all sizes of icees are only 79 cents (before tax). The largest size here is 24 ounces. This location offered 5 different flavors of Icee (blue raspberry, cherry, Mountain Dew, tropical fusion & pineapple mango). I ended up mixing Blue Raspberry & pineapple mango! Very good. The tropical fusion wasn't working when I stopped in but sounds like a good flavor as well. Store for the most part looked clean, neat & fully stocked. Not much interaction with the staff. Gas prices were the same as anywhere else in the neighborhood (expect Sam Club, which is where I go for gas, usually about 10 cents cheaper). They do have a rewards program where you save a few cents per gallon which is nice.
