Today, I've called four times - first time resulted in an immediate disconnect after completing a few prompts, second disconnect happened even faster, third the same as the first, and then the fourth time I made it (finally) to the actual hold music and after 5 minutes heard a new automated voice say, "Sorry, but we're experiencing some difficulty. Please call back at a later time." I'm switching after this round of refills. This is crazy in the making.

That costs money for the company, packaging and shipping and time for the customer. They keep making things more expensive for them and call themselves businesspeople. Wednesday came and went, on Thursday I called for an update. I was told my insurance was out dated. I asked what insurance they were trying to use and it was my 2025 insurance. Then after further research they found that they did indeed have my 2026 insurance card on file since the beginning of the year. At this point I'm told the prescription I need is now being processed. Five days later the Walgreens app shows the prescription is delayed. I am completely out of medication at this point and the phone system for Walgreens just verifys it is in process. So, I need to select more options thru the phone system and repeat all of my information to get thru to a person. I'm finally told it should be arriving later today. This experience is becoming the norm when dealing with Walgreens pharmacy. I have started moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy, to avoid constantly needing to check up on my prescription status.
