Today, I've called four times - first time resulted in an immediate disconnect after completing a few prompts, second disconnect happened even faster, third the same as the first, and then the fourth time I made it (finally) to the actual hold music and after 5 minutes heard a new automated voice say, "Sorry, but we're experiencing some difficulty. Please call back at a later time." I'm switching after this round of refills. This is crazy in the making.

I'm sure this experience had more to do with the dismal state of "healthcare" in this country overall, rather than any incompetence on the part of the staff, but still quite frustrating. Took 1 full hour just to get passport photo taken and cut in UK passport size and after $36 for that, the photo was Not accepted at the embassy. Just horrible. Look up across the street. A drugstore! A bland looking building on the outside but a large drug store and gift shop inside. Bandages and first aid in the first aisle by the door, as if they were expecting me. Found a box of heavy duty bandages while trying to hold a napkin over my surface wound.
