The personal service is above and beyond. Jim the pharmacist knows you from day one and provides information about your drug needs!

I cannot begin to state how horrible the new automated phone renew prescription service is!…read more The pharmacy phone number sends to you a number that can connect you to anywhere, not just the pharmacy. You have to use a verbal command for pharmacy and if you didn't pay attention and missed what exact word you were supposed to say, you are stuck with the recording saying over and over to repeat yourself but not giving what word options it will accept You are then given the option to say or enter your prescription name or number. It is not repeated back and no option is given if you type it in wrong. You are not given the option to enter a second prescription. You have to hang up and call in each prescription separately. It just tells you over and over the status of the first prescription you called in. If a prescription needs doctor approval the system cannot do that. You have to call the pharmacy directly.

I pulled in to get my prescription, they took my card and said nothing else. I sat in the drive…read morethru for 10 minutes waiting for a response, and then finally decided to ask how long it would be until my prescription is ready. I pressed the button and one of the pharmacist (who I think might've been new) very rudely said "you know I can hear you right? You don't have to press the button" and then proceeded to tell me that it would be a 15 minute wait for my prescription as if he couldn't have told me the whole time I was waiting there. So not only was my time wasted for 10 minutes but I was also was dealt with an attitude as if I was supposed to know that they could hear me. Just entitled behavior overall and I usually get good costumer service from this establishment so this was shocking to me.

I thought that with the switch from Walgreens to a private company, the service would improve. NOW…read moreTHAT THE SERVICE IS NO LONGER CENTRALIZED IN HUDSON, WI--where only a few prescriptions were filled at the pharmacy--BUT INSTEAD COMES FROM A DISTRIBUTOR, where they package the medication in a way that's completely unnecessary and expensive for the company, since it comes in a plastic bag, and inside that, another paper bag with the medication. That costs money for the company, packaging and shipping and time for the customer. They keep making things more expensive for them and call themselves businesspeople. I have worked and lived in four different countries and at pharmaceutical companies, and none of them had such a huge bureaucracy at the pharmacy level.

When my family members go to pick up prescriptions, they are NEVER ready. I always have to go pack…read morefor 10-15 minutes because no one has filled them yet. The prescription I am picking up today should have been ready yesterday. The last time, we ordered another prescription, when we stopped to get it 4 days after having ordered it, it STILL wasn't ready. Even more fun is that they could only give me 8 of the 90 pills because they were out of them. This wouldn't be so irritating except that today's visit, which should have only taken a few minutes, took 35 minutes because I had to wait in line twice, the second time needing to explain that they only had a few pills. For recurring prescriptions, we get text messages asking if we want a prescription refilled. That's a nice service except the pills are STILL never ready! I assume they are short on pharmacists but the service is so, so poor.
