That costs money for the company, packaging and shipping and time for the customer. They keep making things more expensive for them and call themselves businesspeople. This wouldn't be so irritating except that today's visit, which should have only taken a few minutes, took 35 minutes because I had to wait in line twice, the second time needing to explain that they only had a few pills. For recurring prescriptions, we get text messages asking if we want a prescription refilled. That's a nice service except the pills are STILL never ready!
