Wretched patient service from pharmacist. Front line staff was fine. Pharmacist told me (was not listening to me) that she "was trying to educate me." Excuse me? Arrogant attitude. You count pills and put them in bottles. You're not all that. I'm sorry the career isn't what you had hoped. CVS mail and CVS brick and mortar are separate entities which makes no sense, and the computers don't talk to each other. read more

CVS Pharmacy in Hudson Wi is the worst. They don't have 3 month supplies of common prescriptions. So instead of being able to fill at same time, now 1 was off. Asked to sync refills. Now I stead of one refill not in sync, 4 were off. 9 months later, after ignoring scheduling issues, went to refill one, received only 2 months worth. Asked why, and they said I had asked to sync refills. Asked why it they were doing it now after 9 months. Told them the one time I had asked to sync almost every prescription became unsynced. Asked why now after 9 months they were starting to sync. Then I was accused of being rude and she took 15 minutes to refund and another 30 to do her job correctly. Never swore, raised my voice just asked above questions. Never a 'karen', but clerk was! She should be fired. Hudson CVS do better. read more

I have a long list of interactions where I have been treated so rudely by the pharmacist that I am taking my Rx somewhere else. Lost paperwork, not filling the most up to date rxs, and closing early even when I am waiting in line. I have many friends that are pharmacists and understand the shortages and difficult job. When I explain these situations to them they are shocked at the errors and rudeness following their mistakes. read more

I've been very happy with CVS at Target. It seems like they're more efficient than in the days when Target ran them. Scripts like antibiotics are typically filled before I even get to the pharmacy. And I like their app and text system for refills. Only once did I have an issue with a script not being filled when I needed it. It happened to be at a pretty inconvenient time. But the pharmacist went out of her way to fix the problem and was very apologetic. Tonight when I went to pick something up, she noticed that she could fill some things so I wouldn't need to make an extra trip back. I REALLY appreciate this because this should end up saving me a trip every month. Big time saver! read more

The pharmacy was working great with the former management. The pharmacist and the crew. (90% left). Now, it is a mess. The doctors send the refills and they do not transfer them to the computer. When we need a refill we need to call the doctor again. 25 to 30 minutes waiting for the phone call to be answer by the pharmacy. They tell you one thing and that thing particularly will not happened. They have few people around the counter, therefore they say that you need to wait until the people that came before you, get their order, meaning that if they wait 2 days to get the order you need to wait 2 or 3 days to get your order. At the counter there are always long lines. When you get yourself at the counter they tell you that the order is not ready and you need to come back in 20 minutes. There is no phone or place where you can send a complain. read more

The pharmacist (Veronica Devlin) made a medication error (that violated federal law) and not only lied to my mother's face about what happened, she lied to me on the phone that she apologized multiple times. My mom got home from there after returning the wrong product and told me the pharmacist never once apologized to her. Med errors happen, but this was handled so poorly it needs to be known. This pharmacist tried to charge my mother brand price for a generic drug and for the WRONG drug nonetheless. The error that happened was a violation of federal law and the pharmacist acted like it was a nothing mistake. It was appalling. The other pharmacist, Courtney, is fantastic, though -- she's friendly, helpful, and personable. I don't know what Veronica is doing there, but she is not a good fit at all. I have always had good luck with CVS and their pharmacy staff, but this was like a nightmare. read more

Don't go here! I wanted to switch to CVS because Walgreens sells tobacco products but the torture I went through to get one medication filled here just might send me running back to Cigarette City Walgreens. During my routine appointment with my physician he sent a RX to the Target CVS (non-narcotic travel medication). It is sent electronically by the magic of The Internet. I spent two hours running errands and then went to Target CVS. After waiting in line (no one moves with purpose at this place) the pharmacy tech (who has my ID and insurance card) tells me there is no record of my RX. "When did you receive it?" She asks, "This morning" I replied. "In that case..." and she informs me that we have to move to another computer. The RX comes up on that computer and she says it will be a 30 minute wait. I tell her I'll be in the next day. She emotes no emotion, no reply; can't even say "ok" or "thank-you" I have to ask her, "OK?" And, she silently nods. "Wait a minute" I ask a different pharmacy tech. Can you check and see if you have the medication and that you accept my insurance here? "Oh, that's a good idea" He says. I leave after being told all is well by the new pharmacy tech. The next day I decide to call the pharmacy just to make certain the RX is ready as I already have a bad vibe about this place. The tech assures me it is: in fact he is "filling it as we speak" No, I'm not suspicious at all! I arrive and wait in line-it's five deep. All checkers have conversations with their customers...is this a Wisconsin thing? My turn arrives and I have the same slow-moving early model robot as yesterday. The RX is ready but they don't have ANY of my information. "Isn't this what you were doing yesterday for 20 minutes?" I ask. A helpful more current model robot arrives and after hitting the key board for 10 minutes tells me the RX will be ready in 20 minutes. This is the SAME guy I spoke with on the telephone! What can you do? I wait. And wait. I inquire and they check the computer, "Oh, It's ready! Just wait in that line and we'll check you out" At this point I'm beaten and I drag myself back in line., again. When my turn comes all goes as should, except now I have to wait for a pharmacy consult. The pharmacy tech tells me "by law I can't hand you any prescription" OMG! Give me a break! This isn't a narcotic, not even an antibiotic. What's a pharmacy tech for? But, like I said...I was beat. My "consultation" turn with the pharmacist comes and she proceeds to ask me if I'm familiar with "the drug" as she opens the cap and pours the contents out into her BARE HAND to show me the pills which I really didn't need to see in the first place. Real nice. My entire time there I never saw anyone wash their hands. Here's the pharmacist whom I want to assume is the highest educated of them all. She obviously doesn't remember a thing from microbiology or have a basic understanding of sepsis. Thanks for touching my RX with your filthy hands. If I had the time, I would have asked for a new prescription. I did not. I was tired. I was beat. But, I am certain of one thing-I'll NEVER go back there. read more
