Can wait…read more15-20 minutes after your scheduled time if there people ahead of you which there usually always is. If you have more than one concern or issue you need to make another appointment. Which is understandable so they don't get behind time but it is a little annoying they don't space out their visits better to leave enough time for each patient without running into another scheduled time. Otherwise they are convenient for birth control and a quick check up if you dont want to wait for your primary care to be available and normally can schedule same day or next day appointments.

Aron fully addressed each and every issue. Mike at technical assistance in the New Hope main office also hit the nail on the head the first time when I had an issue. I am thankful and proud to be a customer of this company. Tracy makes a extra personal effort to be good to people and this takes time. She is a very valuable employee. Sometimes I wonder if she is the only one at the store that does my therapy system because it seems she does everything by herself and I am very thankful for the continuity of care. I brought the new remote to CHM Fridley and talked to Samantha at the desk. She told me she had no record of the of the remote that I was given in the fall of 2025 and that I would have to purchase a new remote for $ 78.00 or wait to talk to Ron on Tuesday the following day. I explained to her the remote and all electronic parts for the lift chair are covered under the 3 year warranty and I tried to show her the proof of warranty that I had with me. She dismissed me like I was a foolish old man that didn't understand their warranty that she stated was only 1year on remotes. My family member relies on her lift chair to help her get into her wheelchair so I had to pay the $78.00 on Wednesday September 16th back at CHM I spoke with Ron who again stated the warranty is only 1year on electrical parts. I showed him the 3 year proofs of warranty I had so he called the corporate office and was told yes indeed it is a 3 year warranty on chair electrical parts and I should get a refund for $78.00 ( I was told checks in the mail) what amazes me is how can employees that have been there for years not understand or know the warranties for the expensive products that are sold mainly for and to elderly consumers and how many have been scammed in the past. Thank you Ron for your help now you understand the 3year warranty. I purchased tires from MN Maple Grove Costco for my SUV a few years ago and I don't drive much. The second tire rotation I had done in 12/2025; As soon as I got my car back I noticed a vibration through my brake pedal every time I applied my brakes which wasn't there before the Costco service was done. Tried bringing it back in to inquire, but due to Xmas the warehouse was a madhouse so I gave up after scheduling appointment and waiting in line an unreasonable amount of time. So many people because Costco rocks, but no so for me with this tire rotation. I put up with this very concerning vibration in my braking until my next visit to my dealer for oil change and inspection. The inspection found the problem. The problem? 2 warped rotors. I find it hard to understand even 1 warped rotor by someone who should know their job before they ever touch your car, but 2 warped rotors?! That's amateur night. Even if I had waited the probably hour in line back in 12/2025 right after they did this damage to my car, they probably would have denied it anyway. I'm now out over 500$ to have these 2 rotors turned (something Costco doesn't do.) One of them actually tried to tell me that you can warp your rotors by driving through a puddle and that was before I even discovered that my rotors had been warped by these grease monkeys. It's like somebody was trying to cover their tracks before they were even discovered. That just left me totally disgusted. Like I said I love Costco, but I'm not going to give any positive feed back on something like this. If I could rate them a zero I would. A big fat zero. Sorry Costco you totally screwed up here. I thought I was saving money with WOW no cost tire balance and rotation, but now I have a $500 bill to pay for rotor repair. I didn't save a dime with Costco with this fubar.
