For about a year and a half I have really noticed the customer service of this location is complete garbage. They barely ever have the drive-thru open, saying they are having technical issues, and when I call, I get hung up on constantly. One of the pharmacists, that goes by Neby (Nebyeleul) Reta, was so rude that with a screw up that THEY made and my insurance was trying to resolve he was very pushy and wasn't listening to her on the phone and talking over her and eventually hung up on us both when she was explaining what he did wrong as to what made it such a hassle for me to get my meds. I was completely shocked! Apparently, anyone can be a pharmacist these days! ... I now I have a situation where one of them "helped" add my godson to my account and completely failed, so now I can't ever see any status on his meds...AND FORGET CALLING TO CHECK ANYTHING LIKE MENTIONED ABOVE. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years as it's in my location, but I most likely have to switch elsewhere. Perhaps better management would help take care of this issue because it definitely is an ISSUE!
