For about a year and a half I have really noticed the customer service of this location is complete garbage. They barely ever have the drive-thru open, saying they are having technical issues, and when I call, I get hung up on constantly. One of the pharmacists, that goes by Neby (Nebyeleul) Reta, was so rude that with a screw up that THEY made and my insurance was trying to resolve he was very pushy and wasn't listening to her on the phone and talking over her and eventually hung up on us both when she was explaining what he did wrong as to what made it such a hassle for me to get my meds. I was completely shocked! Apparently, anyone can be a pharmacist these days! ... I now I have a situation where one of them "helped" add my godson to my account and completely failed, so now I can't ever see any status on his meds...AND FORGET CALLING TO CHECK ANYTHING LIKE MENTIONED ABOVE. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years as it's in my location, but I most likely have to switch elsewhere. Perhaps better management would help take care of this issue because it definitely is an ISSUE!

This has been our family Walgreens store for close to 20 years. We appreciate how much time you…read moretake to assist our family in times of need. This store has some of the hardest working pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and staff. Over time, the last couple of years maybe we have watch this store and staff take on closing Walgreens patients. The lines have tripled and the faces change monthly. This is the only 24 hour pharmacy, you are working them so hard, to the point of people leaving. Staff shortages to the point of having to close due to lack of coverage or a pharmacist needed time off. You care for the medication needs, the literal health of your customers, but not your own staff. No one complains to customers or patients, but when you come from the medical field you recognize the burnout. You see the turnover in staffing. Please help this store and hire more staff. If these wonderful people have touched your life, please post. Corporate needs to hear from us. Support the staff, understand the amount of work they take on with every closure. This is a five star pharmacy, if it is falling off the five star is not the employees. Be nice to the staff.
