This has been our family Walgreens store for close to 20 years. We appreciate how much time you…read moretake to assist our family in times of need. This store has some of the hardest working pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and staff. Over time, the last couple of years maybe we have watch this store and staff take on closing Walgreens patients. The lines have tripled and the faces change monthly. This is the only 24 hour pharmacy, you are working them so hard, to the point of people leaving. Staff shortages to the point of having to close due to lack of coverage or a pharmacist needed time off. You care for the medication needs, the literal health of your customers, but not your own staff. No one complains to customers or patients, but when you come from the medical field you recognize the burnout. You see the turnover in staffing. Please help this store and hire more staff. If these wonderful people have touched your life, please post. Corporate needs to hear from us. Support the staff, understand the amount of work they take on with every closure. This is a five star pharmacy, if it is falling off the five star is not the employees. Be nice to the staff. No I am not an employee, my Aunt worked her whole career with Walgreens, but passed a long time ago. So this is just a patient standing up. However, waiting a week for a prescription that is "in progress" with no ability to speak to anyone (no one answers the phone), is completely unacceptable. Overall good experience I was greeted to come again and after paying which is really very nice. Things were smartly placed and there was no waste of space. The shelves were full. The pool of customers was diversified and multi ethnic and they even had a person on the wheelchair checking things for people leaving. I know people get sick and shit happens, but this was the first time we were done wrong. A few weeks ago, I was waiting for 2 prescriptions for my husband who was suffering from a terrible Gout flare up. I was told his prescriptions would be ready in 15 minutes. An hour later I was still waiting. Finally got the prescription and went home. Only had one of his prescriptions in the bag. Had to go back and pick up the other one. Called the urgent care to make sure they were both sent in. Yes they were both sent in. Not even an appology!!!! HATE Walgreens and I don't trust them at all. Sat next to really nice lady while I was waiting. She was called and told her rx was ready. Coupons don't always scan or come off like they are supposed to. I understand that this issue needs to be corrected by a higher up department but sometimes depending on who's working they are sometimes unwilling to help or correct the issue when it's not the customers fault. The store employees are so scared to override coupons or type them in manually which is frustrating. Big brother is watching stores closely and not allowing store level staff to take care of the customer. My photo order was marked as being done but at pickup they couldn't find it. I was told the printer was down and it didn't print. Annoying that my order would have been marked as completed as this was a time waster.

Last night the printer for posters wasn't working and they actually called to let us know. We have had our flu shots and COVID shots here and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. We did make an appointment for our COVID shots but just walked in for the flu shots. We had to change our address and they were very helpful. Every time I walk out of this location I am satisfied with service.

Do not rely on these people to service your medication needs. I wouldn't let lexi refill my water bottle. If the management at this pharmacy had any knowledge of her horrifying service, I'd assume they would fire her immediately. however, when I asked for her managers information she refused to provide it.
