This store is safe, clean and quiet. The staff is attentive but I especially like the self serve kiosk which makes check out easy and quick. I can get anything at CVS from candy to laundry soap to tampons. I use the pharmacy for my prescription and I always get $5 off coupons on the app for filling my prescription plus they always have coupons on the app for everyday things I already purchase. Worst experience ever. Stuff is rude. Wasted my 2 hours of life to fill 1 simple antibiotic. They could not figure out how to put my insurance information in. After all the hassle and me paying out of pocket as I could not wait any longer for them to figure out how to type insurance information and already had to reschedule my evening plans, they sent me in the back of the line just to wait another 30 minutes to pay . This pharmacy is such a headache and I've only ever had ONE good experience after picking up prescriptions 15+ times. Also, It's impossible to get through to someone to process a refill, can't find my son's prescriptions to refill online, can't speak to a human and the AI robot is inept. Process and efficiency over human connection will lose customers every time. read more

This is a great CVS location in the wild great outdoors near other locations of business it has an outdoor feel but isn't in the middle of nowhere, there's plenty to be near. The location is not very big but it is a full location, smaller size leaves it cozy and the town situation is village like tiny but also friendly, and neat. Very private atmosphere great for locals and possible to stop but not for visitors... shopping is easy ; and Pleasant, but don't expect service the area has no interaction rules and prohibits approaching others - if you ask for help they'll just get confused. The selection is wide and basic and the staff is real in the more intelligent setting leaving you service with no reality and a fun fantasy vibe. Grocery is small, baby is there even though they don't have children in the area and ladies is plentiful with trendy items ; their Focus, popularity. The counter for check out has self service so you don't have to worry about the rules and if you need to you can wait in line. Their points rewards coupons and rebates are running in that location so be ready to see possible savings at the higher priced location, where you most likely pass someone using the benefits : there are a lot of doctors in the area, you'll notice they qualify to shop the savings programs like a customer instead of a recipient. With the professionals around don't feel shy it's a friendly place. I'd go back anytime. read more

I have experienced extreme rudeness by two employees (at different times) at this CVS store. Today, was the worst experience the clerk, Cassondra, argued with me about my Healthly Benefits card and was extremely rude and continued arguing with me as I left the store. Two more months until Dec 31, 2025 then I am done with this place. read more

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. My company has prescription insurance through cvs and cvs basically eliminated the ability to fill prescriptions through Walgreens. I would not go to cvs, especially not this cvs if I had a choice. They fill prescriptions incredibly slow, the employees are rude and unhelpful. They don't return phone calls, and they are frequently out of what I need. You have to wait in line for 30-40 minutes to pick up prescriptions. It's ridiculous they are in business. Picked up my RX. Paid and left. When I get home I see that insurance was not applied. They never mentioned it when I was there and did not ask for updated information. They also had incorrect address - I have been there since the previous address. read more

Do not visit this Clinic! I went there with pink eye and the nurse practitioner did not even diagnose me correctly! Gave me a strep test and allergy medicine! I woke up with it even worse and went to urgent care! Do yourself a favor and go to urgent care immediately! Waste of time and money!!! read more

This pharmacy is poorly run. They are very busy, which is fine, I go there planning to wait a bit. The problem is the rude staff. You wait in one line, get the the front where the tech informa you that they can't get the information needed on the computer they are working on, you need to step 6 feet over to the next computer and wait again. While at computer point #2, the actual pharmacist will speak to you, but not in a quiet consultation as I believe it's intended. He stands in the back and basically shouts to converse so he can continue working on filling orders. He not only did this to me but I watched as he did it to an elderly gentleman who was obviously hard of hearing. This poor man had to ask the pharmacist several times to repeat himself. Instead of walking closer, the pharmacist just kept raising his voice louder! He didn't have to yell quite as loud for me, but his voice was loud enough that everyone in line could hear him clearly. I was only getting eye drops but I still prefer not to have the customers at CVS hearing my private medical information! God forbid I ever need a vaginal cream!!! This pharmacy is grossly understaffed! My insurance no longer allows me to go to Walgreens so I'm forced to go to CVS. Walgreens would have at least 2 assistants on staff asking with the pharmacist, but CVS always has only 1 person checking people out while 1 pharmacist fills tons and tons of prescriptions a day. I've had them take days to fill a prescription. When asked why they always say they are 'backed up'. Backed up for days?? That is ridiculous! They need to hire more staff to handle their volume since more insurance companies are no longer covering Walgreens. When asking the pharmacist when an order will be done, so you know when to come back, their answer is 'oh a very long time'. Nice service. I wish their were more options in the area other than CVS. read more

I was very dissatisfied with my trip to ceves, I went to this drugstore to buy my drugs and they did not have them in fact. They only have cheap ones. I was looking for that good kush. It was only the dollar store kind, but like how good could it be, it's from the dollar store. read more

Always great service. Little to no turnover on pharmacists and pharm techs...which makes for consistency in care. They are great to work on getting you the best price whether generic or original brand. Never had a mix up in the 4 years we have been using, which is weekly! read more

Worst pharmacy service, always have to wait exceptionally long, even when there are many people working. In my thoughts, if there is nobody in line at the drive through, then the person working the drive through should come help at the counter where people have been waiting 10 or more minutes. I literally just left after 10 minutes to go to the drive through and picked up my meds right away. Does that seem logical or efficient? I don't think so. The pharmacists there are always unpleasant just to add to the superb experience. If it wasn't 2 miles from my house, I would certainly go elsewhere, and very well still may if the service doesn't improve. read more
