This location only has 1 car wash tucked away behind the building. After the wash, I went inside to grab a drink. The drink selection is endless - coffee, shakes, soda, water. They also have a wide selection of both hot and cold food ready to eat as well as a selection of groceries including a small selection of produce. Overall, this is a great gas station to stop in if you need a snack or a car wash. One unique thing about this location is there is a patio area with tables and benches to eat at, but probably not in February, even if 40 degrees.

I will drive extra to avoid this one though! They are complete scammers! One time the pump malfunctioned twice as I was filling up. The manager came out, realized the pump was broken and had me move to a new pump. He offered me 2 free car washes for the trouble. When I went to use them (within a week) the codes wouldn't work. The clerk working said is have to talk to the manger, who conveniently wouldn't be back on for a few days. Today I was there again - at the same pump I had trouble with months ago. I KNOW I pushed "regular" because I'm always very cautious about this. Halfway through I realized it was "premium". I went in to tell them and the clerk rudely said "nothing I can do". They also wouldn't honor my gas discount card. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will literally drive out of my way to avoid these scammers.

Maple Grove, BP Service Center- Horrible experience. I brought my car here after a great experience…read morelast year. It was taken in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car, it showed that no work was done. Meaning nothing was reset in the car and no sticker indicating work was done. In addition, the tires were all low. I turned around and brought it back to address. After the service technician spent a good hour trying to figure out how to reset things in the car. He got angry and walked away and stated, "he should have never worked on my car; he doesn't know BMW's". Then, he stopped talking to me. At that time, I tried to leave, well my check engine light was now on. So, I turned around again and brought it back. At this time, the service technician still wouldn't talk to me. I asked the other guy working in service to refund and help. He threw the paperwork at me and also stopped talking to me. Another customer seen this and informed me to call the police, that this type of behavior isn't acceptable. I called the police and called my dad up to try and work with this place. Well, they treated him in the same manner. The nice lady inside working at the gas station side was trying her hardest to get a hold of her manager. Long story short, I left with my check engine light on. The manager was supposed to call me to address, that has not happened. When I did speak with the gas station manager, she informed me that she doesn't work until Monday and will follow up on Monday (this was Friday and now it's a week past). She clearly was not going to help me. Now my car is at the dealership to address the issues this station caused. This place shouldn't be in business. How do I get a hold of the owner of this BP??

The headlights they put in weren't sealed and repeatedly blew bulbs. The hood has a huge gap between the front bumper where the latch is. The hood is crooked. They cut random wires and there is absolutely no reasoning or sense behind the electrical wiring that they had botched. Wouldn't even recommend to someone I hated. The only reason they get even 1 star is because there's no option for any lower rating for quality of service and customer support. Basically threw away 2,100$, would never have gone here if I would've known their quality of service. P.S. Fuck you Kelly Power

This is one of my favorite gas stations! I stop by before work to get Nitro coffee for a good…read moreprice. Doing just French vanilla nitro is too sweet for me. Bonus - you can bring your own mug to refill! If you stop in week days between 7-8 the parking lot is very congested. A lot of moving size delivery trucks stop to fill up and for food. Cashier Kim is AMAZING! She remembers my regular items so it is a nice personal touch. I would say it is fairly clean for how busy it is, but could use a little extra TLC. Overall I highly recommend stopping here

This is now the closest Kwik Trip to me with a car wash (still sad that Plymouth got rid of…read morethere's) The staff at this location has a very fun, lighthearted attitude. Just today I came to get a car wash, and I also placed a pizza order. I marked my parking spot/arrival location as being in the car wash line, which I knew was a bit of a challenge. They didn't quite make it in time, so I called to let them know I had pulled into the wash. I said "I know I gave you a challenge there (while laughing)" and they laughed with me and just told me to pull up next to the front door when I was done. They watched for me out the window and brought the pizza out promptly when I pulled up. The pizza was handed off with a joking "we'll have to charge you more for this one" comment. Overall super friendly and great service!

It was my first time putting gas in my car here. The lights make me feel safe. Next-door there is a Montessori. Since it was snowing I did not get a chance to go inside to check it out inside. Easy access in and out from three different corners.

I used their new car wash on my jeep that had a lot of bugs on it from the lake. I used their light…read moretouch, thinking it would get the bugs off a little better than the touchless wash. When I was exiting the car wash in the dryer, I noticed my rear windshield wiper was pushed away from the window at an odd angle. When I looked it in the whole unit, including the piece that was attached to my car, basically fell apart in my hands. It looked like one of the washer elements must've grabbed a hold of it and ripped it and broke it. I drove around and talked to the service manager and showed her the broken wiper. She said she would talk to the owner and they would let me know if they would do something about it. I called back and stopped back several times and never heard from the owner. Do not use the light touch car wash at this location. I wonder if others have had the same experience?
