Staff members were actively walking out the door next to the window. When I asked about my medication, one of them dismissively told me, "We are closed and we can't do anything about it," and just walked out without a care.I spoke to the store manager, who apologized but claimed she couldn't do anything. She then tried to claim they had announced my name over the speaker. When I asked her what name they called, she said "Birbir"--which is not my name at all.
