Always amazing the lack of customer service in the pharmacy, consistently horrible. Always expect a half hour to get a called in refill.

Top 3 worst customer service experiences ever. Was completely ignored for 20 minutes while asking for help with the photo machine.

First you are required to Pre-pay for your gas or pay at the pump, no problem I can do that & I get…read moreit. BUT there is NEVER receipt paper at their pumps so you are forced to go inside for your receipt. Again, frustrating, but still not the problem. I had paid for gas AND a carwash at the pump, & when the receipt WITH THE CARWASH CODE did not print I had to go inside to get my receipt. Unfortunately the cashier could not find my receipt but printed out two other receipts that were not mine then she assured me it wouldn't have been possible to purchase a carwash at the pump. I believed her, my mistake, purchased a second carwash for $14 for which I id get my receipt with the code. I checked my credit card app and realized the pending amounts were both on there INCLUDING the first carwash that I now had no code for. Fine. I took a picture of the gas total and a screen shot of my credit card showing the purchases & went back inside. I was told she could not refund the first carwash code NOR could she provide me with a second code since I now paid for two carwashes. I asked to speak to a manager & was told there was no manager on duty at this time & I would have to come back during regular business hours to get this settled. Fine. I drove around to the carwash & as I waited in line it just stopped working with someone in it! On the following Monday on my way to work I stopped to speak with a manager. The cashier pretended to seek him out, then came back to say she couldn't find him & maybe he was in the bathroom or outside having a smoke. I said I will wait, & let her wait on the customer behind me. Miraculously she was able to find the manager this time & I was told he could only refund the carwash for which I had a receipt EVEN THOUGH I showed him proof I had purchased gas & another carwash. He credited my card for the second carwash, then when he realized I wasn't leaving without the credit of the first one as well he gave me cash from the register for the first. When I brought up the fact that this could have all been taken care of three days ago had there been a manager on duty I was told he was the ONLY manager at this location & said there was no way he could work 24/7. Wow. I realize no one wants to work 24/7 & I suggested maybe they should have a second or third manager to rotate in then to which he said "This is just Speedway's policy, to have ONLY ONE MANAGER at each location!" I am grateful that I eventually got both carwashes refunded, but honestly they all handled this poorly! The first cashier was not trained to handle simple tasks such as locating a receipt, providing a code to replace the first carwash paid for, & refunding the second carwash. On top of that her customer service skills were non-existent. She could care less that she had just ripped me off. And three days later when I was able to FINALLY speak with a manager, after clearly being lied to by yet another cashier who "couldn't find the manager" the manager was rude & I had to repeatedly request him to refund both carwashes since it had stopped before I could even wash my car. This location has Horrible customer service, they are CONSTANTLY out of receipt paper at the pumps, & now this! I am NEVER stopping at this location EVER again! If I could provide negative stars, I would!

NO. Do not get a car wash here, no matter how much of a hurry you are in and need to just get it…read moredone. The inside of the car wash and machinery is completely covered in a thick layer of green mold. My car is dirtier now than before it went in. It also came out sopping wet, with water spots all over. It's filthy.
