I'm dis appointed. I was checking out at the register and the older lady didn't know how to go back so I can try my phone number again I have work for Walgreens for 7 years so I said maybe if you press back and then, but she cuts me off and says "I've been working here for 8 years and you don't need to tell me what to do" . She was trying to put me down, she was confused and gave attitude when given a suggestion. I felt totally uncomfortable and it wasn't given "on the corner of happy and healthy". It was more of "on the corner of attitude and I hate working here". I love this store, but that is embarrassing from someone who's worked there for 8 years. read more

I wouldn't give the person that help me even one star. I asked her the price of a couple items because I couldn't figure out which one was on sale since they were all messed up in the area. She gave me terrible attitude like it was the worst thing for her to help me. So much for customer service. Then I asked her after she finally zap them to see what they were... Which one was less expensive and she rolled her eyes around at me. I asked her name and I walked out. This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Half the time they don't even have electricity. Mary was her name (if she was truthful) and she was the worst. To top it off I have a severe injury and was using a cane so I couldn't go back and check prices myself and she was unkind and unsympathetic. read more

No one ever answers the phone!!! They tell you it will be ready in an hour, but next day it's the reality. I explained to the store clerk that I understand they are short staffed, but to be honest about when the customers prescription will be ready, there are people whos health depends on getting their prescriptions!! Go to CUB on 7 & 41, you are treated with respect and they have an honest answer for you. read more

I have been sitting in the drive thru line for 45 minutes now. The line is huge and each car is taking about 15-20 minutes at the window. It's very frustrating when I am here to get medication that I need, and it is taking a ridiculous amount of time to get. People are honking and standing outside of their cars, and I have groceries that need to be in the freezer. I would definitely recommend going to a different pharmacy. read more

Been using this Walgreens for awhile now, and the pharmacy has just gotten worse overtime. Called the pharmacy to check on a rx status and said it would be ready for pickup anytime after 11:45. Got there at noon, waited in the drive thru line for 15mins only to be told that I would have to wait another 30 mins for it to be ready! Needless to say this was the last straw, my family and I will no longer be using this pharmacy. read more

All I can say is, unless you want to seriously elevate your blood pressure, which is perhaps why you're picking up medication in the first place, avoid this pharmacy by all means. Terrible customer service, very slow, orders always wrong, and don't seem to be able to figure out how to input insurance information very accurately. So many other pharmacies out there, so I encourage you to run, don't walk, to any other one but this one. read more

The Walgreens Pharmacy in Mound, MN has by far the RUDEST employees at a pharmacy I have ever encountered in my entire life. I have not posted about this until now because I have been patient and given the pharmacy workers the benefit of the doubt for the past year since I moved to Mound. It is mind blowing how MEAN, UNPROFESSIONAL they treat customers - if there was another pharmacy near by, I would 100% transfer without a doubt. Walgreens needs to recheck the quality of customer service and train resources better. read more

This is by far one of the worst pharmacies I've ever used. This applies both to the store and to the pharmacy. The pharmacy is slow and unapologetic. I've had a couple incidences of mix-ups and ridiculous waiting times for prescriptions to be filled. I had one incident where it took about 5 hours after a doctor's visit to get a prescription filled for my son who had an ear infection. After calling them a couple times to check on the prescription, they finally called back to tell me it was ready. I told them I couldn't come to pick it up until the following day. The next day I went to pick it up and they didn't have it! We had to wait again for it to be ready and after we got home and proceeded to take the medication, we realized that since they didn't bother asking if I wanted flavoring in my son's liquid Amoxicillin, it of course, wasn't flavored. They also follow you around the store incessantly. The employees are extremely pesty and persistent. One time in the store I was looking for something that was behind a crate that an employee was unloading onto the shelves and they didn't even bother to move or ask me if I wanted help getting to the item I needed. It's really alarming when you have to use another pharmacy that is several miles away because your local one is so consistently terrible. Worst Walgreen's I've used to date. read more
