It smelled amazing when I walked in and all the jewelry and products were very visually appealing. They sold many good quality jewelry and luxury products. The staff was all so welcoming, fun, beautiful, and very talented. They made the experience very comfortable. I had my very first airbrush experience and left feeling so happy and flawless. I couldn't get over the fact of how natural my makeup was and how light it was. I had such a wonderful experience I decided to have Kess do a brow lamination for me. Again, this is a new treatment for me and I was blown away. I didn't realize I actually had that many brow hairs. The lamination came with a brow tint and she definitely perfected the color. She asked if I would like a scalp massage while the treatment sat on my brows and that definitely elevated my experience.

I've had a very diverse and vibrant experience with prestige, and outstanding work done throughout Los Angeles, and New York. I travel bi-costally MGMT modeling... and in the process of building a house on Long Lake. I was seeking and trying to find a new place to do injection services I chanced it and it was a beyond a bad call! My clear and honest feelings of this issue that I encountered with the filler treatment, what's so negative in such ways as in uneven results, excessive swelling, or other adverse effects. My goals were definitely not met. I asked for a lip filler and she injected me above my upper lip, which made me look Like Homer Simpson. I had to go to Honey aesthetic, cosmetics In Minnetonka to dissolve and correct this monstrosity of a filler that was never supposed to be injected in that area to begin with. Which my gut feeling... I kind of felt that it was being done wrong at because I've done this plenty of times I've never been injected above my upper lip not ever not once. The nurse practitioner reassured me that she was in practice for three years in injectables and cosmetics procedures. What really disappoints me is that I trusted her and she completely screwed up my face. I'm not trying to come off by using unsubstantiated claims, but instead I am focusing on the specific aspects of the experience that led to my personal dissatisfaction. The impact of the wrongful filler experience on myself with physical discomfort, emotional distress, negative consequences due to the fact that I had my digitals done in New York City the following week and my agent was super upset with me. Which is why the severity of the situation and stress it caused me to negatively affect myself and my job. I strongly suggest for improvement by Flawless in Excelsior perhaps by supervising new injectors with a senior injectors and getting more practice and better direction on right and wrong techniques to use. She made me feel so at ease and I loved how comfortable her office was. For the actual injecting, the pain was not bad at all. The botox injection barely felt like anything and the lip filler wasn't bad at all. She used the topical numbing cream and she really does have a magic touch and she knows what she's talking about. My lips are still slightly swollen from the injection but I don't look crazy & I've had pretty much ZERO pain after the injections. Cannot recommend her enough! Will definitely be going back and I can't wait to try her other treatments from facials to teeth whitening as well.

I paid $53 for a $45 manicure... Avoid the Groupon! So that was the initial pricing drama... Then for the manicure. The hot stone massage was decent. Then she was shaping my nails which were short to begin with and she just gave up on shaping. I had to ask her to please at least smooth them out. So unshaped nails and then came the polish... She did it so spotty and didn't even get it to the edges. Literally the worst polish job I've had yet. No cuticle work, so I looked at my nails when she finished and they already looked like they were a week old. At this point I had gel polish on my nails and there was nothing that could be done unless I got it fully redone. It took 2 hours from start to finish, so there was no way I could wait around any longer. They agreed that it didn't look great, but said there was nothing they could do and still charged me the extra amount for the gel polish and claimed my Groupon. The lady was nice (I believe her name was Tammy) but it seemed like it was hard for her to see super well and that's why the attention to detail was off.
