What really set me off is we had an appointment July 5th and an hour before the appointment the canceled because the doctor was ill and stated they would call us to reschedule, two weeks went by and I spoke to the receptionist that stated they are short staffed and would call me when they see an opening in the schedule. Guess what it's almost August 5th and I have not had any communication with them at all. I called a different clinic that will have better parking, better communication and more locations to choose from.

She is Always professional and also extremely personable. Her knowledge is in depth (and I have seen a lot of doctors in this field). She goes the extra mile in explaining things too. One thing that I appreciate about her (and there are MANY) is that she will not do a procedure that she doesn't feel you need. Even when she could make the money doing it. I think that's where the negative reviews are coming from. She is HONEST. She will not do a procedure you don't need or if she feels it isn't the best option for you. I reached out to Jordan and she knew I was nervous so we set up a consultation. She was very thorough and did not pressure me in any way. I decided to go with it and I have zero regrets. During the procedure, Jordan applied numbing ointment so I only felt a few "pokes" but other than that it was not very painful. The after care was very easy, my lips were swollen and sore that evening but I simply applied ice and took ibuprofen. For a couple of days they were definitely swollen but they eventually simmer down and appear so natural! To help get the best result, Jordan did my injections in two separate appointments about 2.5 weeks apart. I used a total of 1 syringe of product I now have sooo much fun playing with different lipsticks!

The salon was full and I finally asked one of the girls at 11:20 if I would be taken soon. They eventually sat me in one of the chairs where I waited for another 10 minutes and then the owner came over and quickly started filing off my acrylic. When my nail technician finally came over, she was making comments about having money and asking me very weird questions. When they got finished doing my toes, they moved me to another station. When I selected the color I wanted she went to get it and started painting my nails. I wasn't paying too much attention to the color as I was chatting with one of the moms next to me. When I look down at my hands, I noticed a completely different color and asked the girl what happened to the color I selected in which she replied she didn't like that color so she picked another one. When I asked her to please paint my nails, the color I selected she got irritated, quickly started filing the color off and pushed my hands down and told me to go wash. The salon was filthy, everything was old and on top of that, they ended up charging me more than the price I was told. I found out a girlfriend of mine had a similar experience with her daughter there. This place is a disaster and would recommend never going there for your nails.
