Unfortunately, the final result was the complete opposite of what I asked for. The lashes I received were dramatically thick and unnatural-looking - honestly, I was shocked when I saw the mirror. Despite showing pictures and clearly communicating my desired look, the technician seemed to apply her own vision rather than listening to what I wanted. The technique used appears better suited for clients seeking a bold, dramatic lash look rather than the natural enhancement I was after. Beyond the disappointing results, the overall experience felt unprofessional. The technician's demeanor was condescending, and she repeatedly complained about my skin being "too oily," which made me uncomfortable during what should have been a relaxing service. The way she applied and removed the tape around my eyes was harsh and painful- completely different from the gentle, careful approach I've experienced with other lash technicians. Instead of the relaxing experience lash appointments usually are, this felt rough and unpleasant. If you're looking for natural, subtle lash extensions that enhance your natural features, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. This salon may work for those wanting a more dramatic lash style, but they clearly don't cater well to clients seeking a natural look. **In response to the lash technician's reply on google:** I was never told initially when I requested a natural look that you don't offer 1:1 classic lash extensions or couldn't achieve the look I wanted based on the images I provided. You only mentioned this after finishing my lashes, and you only tried to fix my lashes when I gave feedback with concern multiple times that my lashes looked way too full and dramatic. You never offered to fix my lashes to make them less full--it was only after I gave feedback asking if there was a way to make them less dramatic and if it was possible to remove some. **Your response was: "You're asking me if it's okay to remove your lashes?" with an attitude, and you said I booked a voluminous lash set. When did you ever mention that during the consultation when I clearly asked for a natural look with pictures? You didn't say that my request for a 'natural' look isn't achievable with your technique. If only you had mentioned that booking a classic full voluminous set wouldn't achieve the natural look I wanted and offered a different technique or attempted a different lash set, instead of ignoring my requests and confidently saying you could achieve the look I wanted based on the two pictures I showed you. I clearly said, "As long as my lashes look like either of these," for example.** Normally, during the initial consultation, lash technicians clearly explain what they can and cannot achieve. You said "I know what I'm doing" when I was explaining that I wanted a NATURAL look with clear pictures for example.
