Her shop is located inside of a building with different multicultural stalls and as someone who's a bit directionally challenged I had to walk around a bit but if you just follow the signs then you're all set. Parking is also a bit challenging but that's because there's construction being done when I visited. The studio is very clean and well lit! Will definitely be coming back.

Brow threading service was $25. The only awkward part was that she asked me to use my hands to hold the skin near my eyebrows tight while she worked. I've only had brow threading done a few times before, but this was a first for me and I wasn't sure I was doing it right. The service was painless and done in 10 minutes. Hydrafacials are notoriously super spendy and I've only had one before, so admittedly my expectations were high. The space is darling! Very calming and peaceful decor. Check in was easy. I was surprised to see the service beds are not in separate rooms but just separated by curtains - this didn't affect the experience until the end when another client was talking loudly next to me. My esti was very kind - she asked me about my current routine and I walked through what I was using. Some of her suggestions surprised me, as they differed from what my dermatologist had recommended, but appreciated her input. The treatment itself was good - I love seeing how much gunk the hydrafacial pulls out! I was a bit bummed that my facial didn't include neck or décolletage - other facials I've gotten at other spaces have done those as part of the facial. Perhaps that's just not included with a hydrafacial? As the most expensive offering though, it was a bit of a bummer. I do feel it helped hydrate and cleanse my face, but am not sure if I would come back soon for that particular treatment. I walked in there and said I want it all gone, every single hair lol and she made sure to get every single one. I think I've gotten so many nose waxes at this point that I am immune to pain but I've never had any issues. The store is clean and cute, always smells good. I've never had any issues. If you are having booking issues.. just call them, it makes it so much easier. The online tool is convenient but not easy to edit (in my opinion) and calling just always is a safe bet.

I called the salon at 3:57PM on 8/30/2022 and confirmed with the receptionist that my unused $200 gift card would be honored for an upcoming service. The receptionist placed me on hold to confirm and stated "Yes, you can absolutely use the gift card for any service, including Botox and injections, at Love A & B." When I got to the register for my service today 9/2/2022, I handed them the $200 gift card to go towards my $500 service. The receptionist stated that they could not honor the unused gift card. I explained the conversation I had with the receptionist on 8/30/2022 and showed them the screenshot of the phone call that occurred and the response from the two staff members was "Sorry, the receptionist that was working at that time on 8/30/2022 is new and hasn't been trained." And "I'm sorry, we know you were expecting to use that $200 gift card." Correct, I was expecting to use my $200 gift card, as that is what the receptionist explicitly told me during the conversation on 8/30/2022. Listen, I understand mistakes happen and have been there. But if an employer has employees mistaking policies, overpromising to customers, and/or failing to train their new hires, that is on them and the business to make it right, not me as the customer. Bad, bad experience here.
