I provided the coupon which after consulting with the dentist I was told that coupon was at least 4 years old and would not be honored. A) i should of been told this when I made appt. B) there was no expiration on the coupon C) I have been to this fundraiser for Brain Tumor research before and this silent auction item has not been offered prior, so Not a recycled item. The dental hygienist however was inexperienced and unsure of herself. She spent 30 minutes poking my gums and telling how much I need a deep cleaning (I was already planning it for the fall) and selling me on additional fluoride treatments. I know this is a business and she is pressured to make more sales, so I tried to let it go...but then the actual 'cleaning' took 10 minutes. Minimal attention to detail and stains and a quick floss. That and the receptionist who sits closest to the door needs a new job where she does not have to interact with anyone. Barista's at the Caribou across the street have less attitude. In the end the place is clean and the dentists are good. When I complained about the lack of a cleaning they said they would not charge me for the visit. Unfortunately they seem to care more about how much they can charge you than giving you good service. Scare tactics/worse case scenarios to push more and more procedures leaves me feeling distrustful. The crazy thing is I need a lot more dental work and I will be spending a lot of money at a dentist over my lifetime.

The office is very inviting, clean, and organized. The staff has been top notch throughout all of my communication and visits so far. Major shout out to Jenna, who went out of her way to welcome me, learn about my needs/anxieties, and make sure that I felt at home and safe. She even offered local recommendations since I'm newer to the area. My favorite part of the visit was that they offered a menu of items to make me feel more comfortable in the chair! I chose a stress ball for this visit, but might choose additional items on future cleanings! Why not make it feel like a spa visit? HUGE shout-out to my hygienist, Eriel!! She was probably one of the best hygienists I've ever had. She was non-judgemental, sweet, kind, explanatory, and made sure I was doing well and comfortable throughout the visit. We had great conversation, and I felt like she had genuine interest in making sure I was in a good spot. I'd highly recommend her! Dr. Heidi Smith, was also very friendly and helpful during my exam! Lastly, I think they did an amazing job of being upfront and honest about cost throughout my visit. Dental Health would not pay the expense. I have had a failed root canal. I chipped a tooth and it took 8 days before they could get me in to repair it. Among several other issues.
