As we were there the lady kept telling me my teeth were fine my teeth wasn't crooked. My dad got mad a little because he knows that my teeth hurt from placement and I have an overbite. The lady who cleaned his teeth(short blonde hair, tall lady- I forget her name) was wonderful. She was friendly and comforting and made him feel at ease. The doctor (again - I'm terrible with names - but the one with the cochlear implant) we also very friendly, informative, and gentle. We were told to make another appt to get sealants on his molars. As we were checking out the lady told us her other appt cancelled and she could see him now for the sealants if we weren't busy. We did it and everything went great. She even gave my daughter (not being seen) a prize for waiting so long. Highly recommend!

Service: Everyone was pleasant & professional and personable, even at 640am, which was my scheduled time to arrive as a new patient. Even the dentist was honest about details provided, gave me options to work with, verses only providing me solutions that would benefit his pocket. I really appreciated that the most, right along with the great customer service. Really the only criteria for my search for a new dentist were that they would be friendly, reasonably priced, and actually care about my teeth instead of just ushering me in and out as quickly as possible. My dad recommended Williams & Wimmer since he has been seeing them for years, and they fit the bill. When I first switched to W & W, my former dentist's office would not let me leave without a fight, but the receptionist at W & W was willing to smack down for me. She wrestled with them on the phone for like 45 minutes before getting them to release my records (this was AFTER I had signed the records over to Williams & Wimmer, mind you, but my former dentist's office would not cooperate). W & W was very helpful in that regard. There is a friendly, small-business feel to Williams & Wimmer (because it is a small business). It seems like they employ some really nice people, and there is less of a rushed, strictly-professional vibe there than at some of the other places I've tried. Their whole staff makes me feel pretty comfortable. And Drs Williams and Wimmer themselves are more thorough and will ask you if you're having any problems, then actually stay and talk to you about it if you are. I will admit I let them aggressively call me about coming in for months at a time before making an appointment, and that gets old, but for someone as irresponsible as myself it's probably a good thing. The only big problem is it's right next door to a Wendy's and I have to fight violent temptations for a frosty directly after getting a cleaning.

She knew her job, knew what to look for and cleaned my teeth great. The Dentist came in and talked with me and told me exactly what I needed to get done and did not tell me I needed to crown most of my teeth like other dental placed have.
