They were very reasonably priced, unlike another guy I had a consultation with that wanted twice as much. Dr. Reese is a lovely lady, and the staff are all extremely pleasant, and my appointments are honestly as good as you can get while having someone shift your teeth around like God did not intend. Honestly my favorite thing about this place is it's down to earth. The place I went before hired staff clearly based on appearance and not skill, and I had a lot of issues with brackets falling off and being caused pain in the chair. I don't need a model adjusting my braces, or a massage chair to sit in while I wait, or Starbucks, etc. I just want someone to straighten my teeth and not be a jerk. And so far, so good. When I get them off in a few weeks, I will update.

Scheduling is only one of Reese's problems. As others have stated, getting an appointment is more…read morethan a pain in the butt. Waiting weeks for a reschedule is ridiculous. In addition to scheduling, quality of work is not great. Their billing department isn't on the ball and is constantly in error. At one point, we were experiencing the same billing issue for 8 months in a row until it finally got resolved (with them finally correcting their error). This group seems much more like an assembly line factory, moving kids in and then out rather than caring for the kids, working on a quality plan to straighten teeth, and quality care. Fortunately we only have a couple of months to go, but will not be bringing our next two kids here. There are far too many other options out there.

I made an appointment with my favorite hygienist only to show up and find out that they substituted someone else. This wasn't the first time this had happened. They had to bring in staff from their Chaska office to staff other positions, too. I hate being surprised like this. And I just read in the paper that they want to go public in order to raise money to open more offices. They can't even staff the ones they have now!! For my next cleaning appointment she had to book me for 9 months out - - not the normal 6 months. What the heck is going on with their management?!

What was promised as a journey to improve his smile has instead resulted in protruded front teeth buck teeth due to negligent care. - The treatment was primarily handled by assistants rather than the orthodontist . The doctor only made brief appearances at the end of sessions, showing no genuine concern for my son's progress. Despite paying for professional services, my son's teeth are now **visibly protruded**, which has affected his confidence. This is unacceptable after 1 year and 4 months of visits. When we raised concerns, Dr Lee dismissed them or gave vague explanations. There was no corrective plan offered. All my friends said it looks much worst than before the brace. We are going to a different orthodontist clinic for correction treatment

Getting reasonable appointments at reasonable times of day without now have to drive to a further location is very problematic. And of course, once you are locked in, its hard to change to a different provider. I highly recommend people consider looking towards a more patient-friendly orthodontics provider.

I have been going to Park Dental Chaska since 2020. The office is very easy to get to with a big…read moreparking lot right behind Aldi and Kohls. It is a very clean and comfortable location. The front desk is always responsive and very welcoming. I am always consulted about my home care but am never shamed. I have had very simple cavity fillings and cleanings. I go regularly for cleaning and my hygienist is always thorough and kind. I would suggest booking appointments out before your next appointment because they typically have availability for my next appointment every 7 months instead of 6. When I do need a filling or additional services they can get me in pretty quickly. I see Dr. Hagen he is focused and knowledgeable.
