I went to the back to use the restroom and notice the wall of awards they have earned. I also saw the four dogs they have hanging out and gated off. This really made my day to see the dogs and they allowed me to pet them. Kelly cleaned my teeth and she did such a great job and was very friendly. The dr. also took real good care of me. I had my cleaning 2 days ago and my upper back tooth is in pain. I called yesterday to let them know it hurts (after they cleaned my teeth), and they told me it was normal and not to worry about it, take some Tylenol and call next week if it persists. I told them I can't eat on the right side of my mouth. Shouldn't that be an indication that something might be wrong? I'm supposed to have an appointment for some fillings next week, but I'm going to cancel and find a new place to go. I just have a bad feeling about this place and I don't think I want to trust going here again.

The cleaning itself took a little bit but it was painless and didn't feel long at all! I was surprised to be informed that I had the option to turn on the massage chair! Yes please! Dr. Tran was a gentle spoken person that made sure your visit was perfect and answered any questions you would have and gave suggestions on next steps. After my cleaning, I was escorted to a smaller room where I sat down with Ashley to discuss my insurance coverage and book my next appointments. She was happy to find out different payment plans and contact my insurance to find out more about my benefits. Super helpful!! Every time I call, I get a different person who doesn't know the answer and promise to call back by the end of the work day but then I never heard back. Just an awful experience. Last time I called and asked to speak with the manager, they did not provide me with the name, told me the manager will also call me back by the end of the day which never happened.
