Just another example of "NOT" Minnesota friendly -- so if you are a "special elite person with NO dental issues" that's where to go and get likely poor care and fraudulent charges.

If you decide to try Dr. Klausen's office I'd advise asking plenty of questions to make sure they don't nickel and dime you with their fancy x-rays.

He knows what he is doing. I trust him whole heartedly with my teeth . He knows my issues and takes every effort to make you comfortable and not in pain. On closer inspection, this dentist does not accept any Delta Dental plan at all. If they took any form of Delta Dental insurance, just not my particular sub-plan, I would say, "Oh, my mistake." And in the future, when finding another dentist, I will be certain to double-check. But this was clearly on them. I was up front about my coverage. They were duplicitous about what they accepted.

The previous visit I was getting cavities filled and they had a really hard time getting my bottom numb, I could tell chad was getting frustrated but it's really out of my control. One of the hygienist finnally got it to a point where I wasn't in crazy pain. I could still feel pain but it was manageable. I went in this morning for my final round of filings and he did the top tooth with no issues and moved onto the bottom. I immediately felt shooting pain when he started the grinder I made a noise so he would stop. He checked something and then started again without saying anything or giving me another shot. Again I winced in pain and yelled out so he would stop. Instead of an apology or hey let's stop and try to get your bottom numb I was met with extreme frustration and basically suck it up we're almost done. He told me it was too hard to get me numb on the bottom and I shouldn't get any more cavities. After snapping on me and basically calling me a baby he continued to grind into me while I felt everything. At this point I just wanted to get up and leave but I was "almost done". Almost done was another who knows how long but it felt like an eternity. After he was done he asked me if I wanted to get fitted for some bleaching trays and talk about the crown I had brought up like nothing happened. I declined and said I'd just like to leave. He then asked me if I was "pissed at him" to which I finnally lost it and told him instead of making sure I was good he basically called me a bitch, blamed me and just kept going because he didn't want to spend the extra 10 mins to get me numb. I walked out and paid my bill and only then did he come out and say sorry but he still didn't admit to any wrong doing he just said sorry it hurt. They didn't offer to make it right in any way. I waited all day to post this because I figured someone from the office might reach out to me but clearly they don't care. I deal with customers on a daily basis and I would never treat a customer this way. We go to a professional because we trust them to have our best interest in mind and this morning he just wanted to rush me through and get on to the next.
