This is definitely the best practice I ever been to so far. Dr. Chue & all his staff are not only the most professional but also friendly & welcoming. I am so pleased with the work I have had done so far. Now I can smile without hesitate. Thank You Dr. Chue & his all staff for a great experience. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone.

IIn my 30+ years, I've never not had a crown hurt for months (years) after. The next day, no pain at all. I couldn't believe it. Fast forward a few years. I needed another crown and I was actually googling to find him because I refused to see another dentist. I felt like I hit the jackpot when I learned he had his own dentistry and was just a few miles away. Even my daughter (19) who was traumatized from prior procedures, has had (fillings, crowns to a root canal) from Dr. Chu with no problem. Dr. Chu is a down to earth person, actually listens, goes slow and will use small needles for numbing. He truly cares for his customers. He goes the best route to save as much natural tooth as possible and that is significant. Fritz is wonderful and so is the whole staff. I no longer fear the dentist. I no longer have pain for months after a crown or root canal. The world needs more dentists like this and I'm so thankful we crossed paths. I recommend Dr. Chu and his team to everyone I know. Having a good dentist is everything.

Are you afraid of the dentist? Because I sure am…read more Or rather, I should say I *used* to be afraid of the dentist. Dr. Pariseau and her team of dental all stars suddenly have me singing a new tune. Lordy, Lordy, I AM a convert! I was long overdue for a trip to the dentist and have been putting it off because of past exposure to the vicious ministrations of dental professionals that left me feeling plundered and bereft. Plus, I was embarrassed because it's been awhile since my last visit. But now that my daughter has a few chompers of her own, I knew I couldn't put it off anymore. I don't want to be *that* mom. At my initial consultation I met with the doctor so she could examine and x-ray my mouth and set forth a treatment plan. Dr. Pariseau is not like any other dentist I've ever met. She is gentle and straightforward and incredibly likeable. And so is her assistant. I didn't have any cavities (yay!) so I can't speak on that but she did order a deep-cleaning which I thought sounded positively terrifying. But now that I've gone through it I can say with authority that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The hygienist was surprisingly nice and like everyone else who works in their small office, easy to like. Dental hygienists I've met in the past have basically been the grown-up versions of the nastiest, meanest girl you remember from your school days. Fortunately that was not the case with Mary! She was also really good about explaining the process and keeping me informed about the steps she was taking and periodically asking me how I was doing during the process. She also gave me a local anesthetic which made the cleansing, flossing and polishing much less traumatic than I ever remember it being. And even though I did experience some discomfort after the anesthesia wore off, by the next morning my mouth was more okay than I expected it to be, albeit a little tender. Technically my dental insurance considers this office out of network but thanks to the knowledge and expertise of the office manager, I found out that I could still come here for treatment and have my insurance cover about 80% of the work. And she submitted the claims for me--talk about service! So if you're looking for a new dentist, I can't recommend Dr. Pariseau and her staff enough. Every single one of them is professional and caring. And for the first time in my life I can go to the dentist without my knees knocking together and my teeth chattering. It's a great feeling!

I give my highest recommendation to this dental practice. Concerns and questions get immediate and…read morehelpful responses, from Dr. Simonson and her great team.

I came to White Bear Dentists on a whim, and I mean literally. I saw a sign in the parking lot of…read moreStarbucks about how for a very low cost they were doing a special for new patients; x-rays, cleaning and exam for less than $100. And for a person with no insurance, this is really something awesome. I have had Dr. Holtz do a exam, and on my first visit I had learned that I had a weird chip in one of my teeth. (Honestly, I was probably just shoving food too quickly into my mouth one day and probably chipped it.) But luckily, I could get it filled that day; and the really nice thing about White Bear Dentists is that I was able to meet with one of the receptionists, and we talked about possible price options for my filling. I was able to enroll into the smiles discount program for a small cost, and was able to get the filling done for a decent price. (Honestly, it better than getting a cavity and going through that) I have since then, referred my boyfriends, and my mother to White Bear Dentists. Dr. Holtz even did an emergency fill on one of my boyfriends chipped tooth, and did 7 cavity fillings in one sitting on another. White Bear Dentists is really a great place for people who have insurance but also for those people who have no insurance. They really talk about what needs to be talked about like prices and the type of care BEFORE you get things done. And this really does matter when you're paying out of pocket. Bottom Line: I LOVE White Bear Dentists, and honestly, you might too! Give it a try and who knows, you might have a new dentist.

When I got a second opinion, I didn't need any of what he was trying to scare me into getting. He got irritated when I said I simply couldn't afford it. He pushes root canals when they aren't needed. The front desk and hygienists are wonderful, it's a shame the dentist is the way he is. I'd stay away unless you have perfect teeth already.

My dental care…read moreoptions are limited due to insurance and I've usually felt like a billable insurance code rather than a person. Not always their fault, as I know state insurance dentists are probably underpaid and overworked. Community felt different to me. First off, they were able to get a single tooth appointment for me within a couple of weeks, unheard of anywhere else! I did not have to wait for my appointment once I arrived, and the front desk and dental assistants/hygienists were all great. I used Apple Maps which took me to the wrong building aces the street, and I missed my initial appointment. They were so nice to fit me in later in that day - even though it was my mess up! My Dentist had a great bedside manner and immediately I felt I was in good hands. She took extra time that she didn't need to just for my comfort a few different times. While filling a cavity, she also noticed a rather deep cavity in an adjacent tooth, both of which had been missed/dismissed by my previous dentist. I immediately booked a cleaning appointment and will be switching over after this experience because I definitely feel better taken care of with Community after one visit than I ever have before anywhere else.

Calling them is like entering a black hole...your call goes in but nothing ever comes out. And on the rare occasion someone picks up, they either hang up faster than your ex or talk to you like you just asked them to donate a kidney. I swear they got the front desk staffed by ghetto mfs with attitude problems. Want an appointment? Too bad bro oh you want a call back? LMAOO.. you want basic human decency? Yeah alright. I've had better customer service from sketchy gas stations at 2am on University Ave! At this point, I wouldn't let them clean my cat's teeth, let alone mine. Save yourself. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere!
