They send you appointment reminders and were gracious when I had to cancel first appt. Nice reception staff. If a first timer they will need you to fill out information related to your insurance and health history so have a list of your meds, your glasses on, and phone number and name of your doctor. They wear masks.. you are not required. Nicole took all X-rays and then I was seen by hygienist who was thoughtful and thorough. If you have sensitive teeth she can put numbing jell on them. It was very effective. She then shared all details with doctor who comes in to share their evaluation of teeth with you. I did great no major issues. They scheduled my six month checkup follow up right there in exam room before I left. Hygienist recommended a fluoride paint over my sensitive area and exposed root areas for additional $40 which I did to be safe. A great experience. She even offered local recommendations since I'm newer to the area. My favorite part of the visit was that they offered a menu of items to make me feel more comfortable in the chair!
