This office is convenient to my home. Making an appointment was easy. The waiting room was very cozy and welcoming. I visited for a regular cleaning and it was the most comfortable visit of my life. I didn't know it was possible to not be clenched an entire visit at the dentist. I had a great conversation with both the hygienist and the dentist and appreciated that they had such fantastic bedside manner. I felt cared for and appreciated versus like I was going to be scolded at the dentist which made this the most enjoyable experience ever.

Doc is now out at another office and they have no record of the appointment even though they say they called to remind us. There was no call. Wait -the find her in the system. Last visit in 2019. Wrong answer - we didn't live here in 2019. Hold on. They can see her but need a ct. a ct she just had a week ago, but they don't have and want to bill again for. Say we would call and have it sent. Step away and come back to be told don't bother, they must do their own scan. We leave. Bonus - as we are doing all this. There's a staff person about 10 feet away, chatting loudly with customers about medical and financial information so everyone in the office can hear details. So much for patient privacy and HIPPA. please do not patronize these chuckleheads unless you are in Dire Straits, and independently wealthy.

I was told my tooth could have chipped much worse. This office didn't perform my original root canal, but I've been a patient here for several years for routine care. I was surprised that the need for crowns on these teeth was never mentioned or discussed during my visits. The staff has always been kind, but I wish there had been more proactive communication about protecting previously treated teeth so I could have avoided an unexpected emergency. Because of this experience, I've decided to continue my dental care elsewhere.

They have a washing and sanitizing station when you arrive, a questionnaire, temperature check, and a plexiglass partition for the receptionist. Both the Doctor and Hygienist wore masks. I found the office to be gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Fashioned after a Whistler lodge, it is woodsy, clean, and totally unique. I could have hung out there all day. Most importantly, the work that they did on my teeth was exceptional. They are awesome and I just love the salt water polish they do. I've always been happy coming here and will continue to. My only regret is that I tried to switch to new dentist and regret doing so.
