I had a great conversation with both the hygienist and the dentist and appreciated that they had such fantastic bedside manner. I felt cared for and appreciated versus like I was going to be scolded at the dentist which made this the most enjoyable experience ever.

I was told my tooth could have chipped much worse. This office didn't perform my original root canal, but I've been a patient here for several years for routine care. I was surprised that the need for crowns on these teeth was never mentioned or discussed during my visits. The staff has always been kind, but I wish there had been more proactive communication about protecting previously treated teeth so I could have avoided an unexpected emergency. Because of this experience, I've decided to continue my dental care elsewhere.
