The experience, start to finish, was exceptional. The office is kept meticulously clean. A comfortable, calm and casual environment - balanced with the right dose of professionalism that lets you know you're in good hands. Dr. King and his staff are experienced - moving through their work with [again] a level of comfort and ease for me as a patient. What was promised as a journey to improve his smile has instead resulted in protruded front teeth buck teeth due to negligent care. - The treatment was primarily handled by assistants rather than the orthodontist . The doctor only made brief appearances at the end of sessions, showing no genuine concern for my son's progress. Despite paying for professional services, my son's teeth are now **visibly protruded**, which has affected his confidence. This is unacceptable after 1 year and 4 months of visits. When we raised concerns, Dr Lee dismissed them or gave vague explanations. There was no corrective plan offered. All my friends said it looks much worst than before the brace. We are going to a different orthodontist clinic for correction treatment

And of course, once you are locked in, its hard to change to a different provider. I highly recommend people consider looking towards a more patient-friendly orthodontics provider.

I provided my new dental insurance card at check-in before any services were performed. The office proceeded with my cleaning and my daughter's cleaning and X-rays without verifying or informing me that they were out of network. Only after the services were completed and I had left did they call to tell me I was responsible for the full bill of more than $500. Had I been informed beforehand, I would not have proceeded. I contacted the office hoping for a reasonable resolution, but they offered no adjustment or solution. My advice: **Do not assume they have verified your insurance just because you provided your card. Ask them to specifically confirm they are in network before allowing any services to be performed.** Very disappointing way to end a six-year relationship with a dental office.

The front desk is always responsive and very welcoming. I am always consulted about my home care but am never shamed. I have had very simple cavity fillings and cleanings. I go regularly for cleaning and my hygienist is always thorough and kind. I would suggest booking appointments out before your next appointment because they typically have availability for my next appointment every 7 months instead of 6. When I do need a filling or additional services they can get me in pretty quickly. I see Dr. Hagen he is focused and knowledgeable.

As soon as you walk in the door they have a giant bus/van that kids can play in which was fun and a good distraction for a nervous kid visiting for their first time. We were able to get a morning visit, just before school started. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and kind. The doctor we met with was very knowledgeable, and everything we needed to know was explained well. They said that we would wait for the new teeth to come in, and then start the work in his mouth so that we didn't put braces on twice. I appreciated that. They said that in about 9 months they would send out paperwork to begin the process. I felt they were very thorough, and we left knowing exactly how things would go.

Our family recently visited Lake Minnetonka orthodontics with our two young daughters age 10 and 8…read more Our oldest daughter age 10, finished Phase 1 with Dr Carr. Our youngest daughter age 8 just began phase 1. We couldn't be happier with the care and expertise provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. This definitely helped to put my younger daughter at ease, as she has some dental anxiety. The office is child friendly offering games in waiting room. Again, helping to alleviate some of the anxiety she had about the appointment. The front desk office staff also made every effort to accommodate our busy schedules, which I appreciated. Dr Carr and her dental assistant took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment and procedure before we began. All of our questions were answered with clarity and patience. We were to begin phase 1 of treatment with our youngest. Before we began, Dr Carr showed us a simulation of how the teeth would move during phase 1 of treatment. This was AMAZING! Phase 1 would help make room for the permanent teeth to come in properly. Phase 2 would complete any corrections to the bite or alignment needed after all the permanent teeth came in. This would help to prevent the need for permanent teeth removal like I had when I was a teenager. Again... AMAZING! It is clear Dr Carr and her team pay attention to every detail and are committed to providing the best personalized care. Through the treatment with our older daughter, we noticed significant improvements with her smile. Her classmate's parents often commented on how nice and straight her teeth looked. She will start phase 2 in the near future. I can't wait to see the same changes with my youngest. We highly recommend Dr Carr and her team. I swear some months I was in every week because of some panic related to being 30, pregnant and braces face. I typically saw Dr. Tiziani, and Carr if I couldn't get in with Tiziani. Dr. T always wears pink latex gloves. I think that's the cutest. She is also very understanding that nobody wants to have braces on longer than they first guess. All of the offices are nice. I've been to Minnetonka, Excelsior and Wayzata. They have contests every month (I never won), magazines, and water (maybe tea and hot coco too?). Great staff. Clean environment. I'm always referring.
