She was unbelievably rude! At one point she snidely told me "If your dad wants his meds he needs to find the right card and bring it in." Low and behold, the card she refused to take was he one we needed! After 45 minutes of arguing I finally got what I needed. Since then ALL of the pharmacy staff have been rude, disorganized and difficult. I've since transferred all Rx's to Sterling! Go there, they are delightful! (Also, it seems many other people have left Walmart due to the negative attitudes of the staff there.)

I have never been treated so poorly by an organization. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to Target where they at least know what the word customer service means! Terrible experience picking up medications for my husband. Mike, a pharmacy technician, was…read moreincredibly rude and cocky regarding a gentle comment I made about not being able to use Apple Pay in the CVS drive thru and that my meds may be back by the drive thru waiting for me there. ( mind you, I waited in the drive thru first and they said I could not use Apple Pay. I happily obliged to come inside to pay.) I dished back the attitude he gave me and it didn't end there with him. He escalated. Relentless. So I was relentless back. So unprofessional, he was, in front of other customers. So much so, his manager had to grab him by the shoulders to calm him down. No apology. My husband has had the same experiences with Mike. Within 20 minutes of this final chapter, my husband was moved over to Walgreens.

When it did not I called and they told me they could not even get it there that day. Original time slot was 1-3pm. Told me I could pick it up if I wanted that day. Items I needed that day and were not out of stock were not there when I showed up. I wouldn't be so upset if they weren't items that they charged me for but didn't deliver the week before. They did refund the charge, but these were things that I needed. That's why I drove over to get them. Chelsea the, "manager" makes me a Karen I know, was polite but next to useless. I had caught the incorrect order at the door but the driver did not speak English. Very polite and nice guy but not able to help with where my order might have gone. I was getting contradictory information from the 800 number and the store. If the service is not reliable I have to pay more closer to home or drive in. I am very disappointed the convenience would have been nice.
