But since it was Black Friday, everything was 30% off. And some items were 50% off. Nice! The Hideaway seems to mostly specialize in smoking hardware. So they have tons of glassware, pipes, grinders, lighters, etc. They have some amazing custom glassware in display cases lined up along the front windows (see photos). The prices are amazingly high too. I get it though. They're hand made by talented local artists. If you can afford some custom glassware, why not? They also offer a large selection of edibles. All of the edibles are behind the counter. They have gummy candy, chocolates, tinctures...you name it. They also have chocolate infused shrooms. I asked one of the staff about the "Outlet" part of the name. It doesn't look like a discount outlet to me. She told me the original concept of this store was to be an outlet. But over time, it's just become another, normal location. So you won't be finding any big outlet mall type of discounts. I read a few of the previous reviews. They're really bad, mostly complaining about horrible customer service. But all of these reviews are old. On the day of my visit, the customer service was EXCELLENT. In fact, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Several staff asked me if they could help me out or show me anything. They were all very friendly and super informative. Thumbs up! -Maxx

I was recently promoted at work to a position requiring me to travel on a weekly basis. After…read moredoing some research, I found that the Briggs & Riley bags were rated extremely well. I stopped by Travel Style to look at the bags in person and potentially make a purchase. I told both of the associates I would be traveling locally and regionally for work and needed luggage that could accommodate. They recommended a Briggs bag and briefcase that met my needs. After leaving to browse other bags, I returned to make the purchase, knowing I would be using this bag a lot for several years, so the quality and warranty made sense. Fast forward 3 months, after my luggage had been checked at the gate on all previous flights, I finally had the opportunity to carry my bag onto a flight with me. The bag would not fit in the overhead compartment. This happened again the following week, and I had to check my bag at the gate. Both flights were on Delta from Minneapolis to Nashville. It turns out, the bag I purchased was the International Wide Body luggage, which has a width of 15.5" and the maximum allowance on Delta, America, etc. is 14". I called Travel Style, explained the situation, and asked if I could exchange my luggage for one that would fit in the overhead compartment. I was beyond the 30 day warranty; however, the manager, DJ, offered to exchange my bag for one of the domestic Briggs bags. I traveled to San Antonio last week, and my bag fit perfectly in the overhead compartment. Travel Style carries fantastic brands for travel, and they take customer satisfaction very seriously. I highly recommend them.
