The story is hidden amongst a strip mall but there is a sign in the window, so be on the look out for that to locate the store. I got some gummies and as I was checking out, the cashier let me know about the drink deal, buy 2 get 1 so I took advantage of that. There was absolutely no pushing to buy more, and they seem to have a good reward program! I likely won't be a regular but when I need THC & CBD products, this will be my go to. It was clean, organized, and good service.

The…read morevibe was weirdly sterile for a dispensary that's supposed to be all about warmth and community. Staff barely acknowledged me, and when they did, it felt rushed and unhelpful--like I was bothering them just by asking questions. Selection was underwhelming and a place that claims "love" is their main ingredient, I felt none of it--just confusion and a long wait. Won't be coming back. Plenty of other dispensaries around that actually know their product and treat customers like they matter.

IT'S A SCAM!!! They used to be great, but now appear to have…read morebeen taken over by scammers, according to Cashapp. Their phone and website as listed here are now offline. If you search for them, it will take you to a pirated website that looks legit until you try to pay. Thankfully, cashapp refused the transaction. They only accept Bitcoin/Lightning payments. Communication is via Whatsapp in bad English. Stay away! Here's what Cashapp said; "I really appreciate you sharing the detail about the Clouds Dispensary purchase. I want to pause here because what you're describing raises some serious concerns for me. Sending Bitcoin through a Lightning invoice to pay for a purchase -- especially somewhere like a dispensary -- is a common tactic used in scams. Legitimate businesses do not typically require payment via Bitcoin Lightning invoices, and once Bitcoin is sent, it cannot be reversed or refunded by Cash App."

Rise became my go-to dispensary after Minnesota legalized cannabis. The staff have always been…read morefriendly and the store itself is well run, so this review is not about the employees or the day-to-day experience inside the shop. However, I recently learned more about the leadership of the parent company, Green Thumb Industries (GTI), and statements made publicly by CEO Ben Kovler that raised serious concerns for me. As someone who believes the cannabis industry should support the communities that were harmed by decades of prohibition and enforcement policies, those statements left me uncomfortable continuing to spend my money here. Because of that, I've decided to take my business elsewhere and support companies whose leadership more clearly aligns with those values. For anyone who wants to look into this themselves, I encourage you to research the leadership of Green Thumb Industries and read the publicly available comments and discussions about it before deciding where to shop. Again, the staff and store experience at Rise have been solid. My decision is based entirely on concerns about the company's leadership and values.
