Once they had a half price sale on it so I went to the store and they forgot to say that the reason it's on sale is because it expired in 2 weeks! Id never have made the trip if they had been honest about it. They are expensive and run out of products on the medical side regularly. You can't depend on them to have the same product from week to week. The staff is extremely rude, especially one of the ladies who checks you in. It used to be a good dispensary until recreational use started. Now they cater to that instead of the medical cannabis users.

I went through him to get my medical card and yes, you do have to pay before your appointment and it's $205. I don't know where people are getting these crazy numbers of it costing way more than that, but it doesn't. Everything is done remotely. Everything was super smooth and there weren't any issues at all. I got my medical card the following day, even though it can take up to 30 days. Everything was super short, simple, and to the point. I never had an issue with Rachel, she has always been pleasant to deal with. I actually got my fiancé set up with an appointment, and he had the same great experience as I did. We even called him back and had a chemical eval done for court and they were just as thorough and pleasant as the first time. I've recommended them to several people. Don't go off those old reviews, they are inaccurate. 5/5 stars for me. Thanks Dr. Locketz and Rachel.

Staff barely acknowledged me, and when they did, it felt rushed and unhelpful--like I was bothering them just by asking questions.
