She's very knowledgeable about naturopathic modalities and has an uncanny way of reading the body. She is incredibly intuitive! It is so refreshing working with a doctor who reads the entire body as a whole and focuses on getting it to all work together property to create balance. Quiet Oaks Hospice House is the perfect place for those whom need hospice care, and their families…read more Set amid beautiful oak trees, with a stunning garden and pond, and much wildlife it's just a gorgeous facility to offer hope. Many wonderful details have been thought of, and they show in the layout of the facility and the decor. This was once a family home, and was added onto for the care facility. The staff and volunteers are very committed, helpful, and friendly. Your loved one will receive superior care. You'll always find baked goods available in the large kitchen area. Unlike many hospices, this one has space available both upstairs and downstairs where families can stay. There are wonderful living room areas, a porch that overlooks the garden, a lounge and more. Each room for the resident features a television, recliner, hospital-style bed, window, a bathroom, and tasteful decor. This is a warm and inviting place. More people should consider it when their loved ones are facing their final days. It's a truly beautiful facility.

They have a large group of staff and volunteers To make the remaining time of their residents pleasant and comfortable. My brother, Robert, was non-responsive when admitted. He was dying of cancer. His doctor expected him to pass away in hours. The Quiet Oaks doctors and nurses managed to readjust his medications to address his pain and restore his awareness. His received regular baths and massage therapy. He responded very well and in 2 days was able to walk to the dining area and converse with visitors. He was able to enjoy his 62nd birthday. I feel that Quiet Oaks gave us three good weeks with my brother, that we would not have had otherwise. Everyone, staff and volunteers, were professional, polite, friendly, and attentive to my brother's needs and my family's needs. This is a great facility. It is kept spotlessly clean and fresh. Care is truly 24/7. My wife and I were provided guest quarters for over 2 weeks. We were able to check on my brother frequently and be available in case of emergency. Since roads were barely passable, this hospitality was very welcome. We thank Quiet Oaks for making my brother's final days very good. I hope that should we need hospice care, that we will find a place nearly this good.

I used to loathe going to the dentist, driving me to seek places that will sedate. I honestly can say I no longer fear the dentist, specifically because of people like Dr. Peterson. Of course, a lot of the cleaning is done by her staff, and they are excellent too. They have taken my concerns into consideration and done their best to alleviate any anxiety. I think it a testament to the professionalism and efficaciousness of her practice. Dr. Peterson has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to providing great treatment. It will take you two seconds of interaction with her to realize these things. I am truly grateful I was recommended to see her. As for the physical aspect of her environment, it's very warm and open, no doubt to help ease the nerves of patients. I think each exam room has a tv to also take your mind off of work being done. It has a very modern feel for a dentist's office, and even the instruments they utilize seem to be very modern and cutting edge. At least from what I've experienced elsewhere. My honest advice is that anyone in need I a new dentist, or for those of you that ever walk out of the dentist not being completely satisfied, give Dr. Peterson a visit!
