I went to this place back mid 90s and I told Dr. Williams if I ever had any medical issues in the future I know I'm coming back and that was the best decision I did I drive from way out of town because it's worth going to the right place . This is how they treated my daughter: ​-They ILLEGALLY discharged (aka kicked her out), as an autistic woman, from their clinic because of my direct autistic questions. I've been illegally discriminated against due to my autism. Tara the clinic director had her ego hurt when I asked questions about my care and their process, never once yelling or cussing, or resulting to threats. The one and only time I had ever spoken with her, and she even called me as I never even asked to speak with her. I had a simple paperwork question for Paige Deter's nurse Jacob, and next thing I know Tara is calling me as if she is the medical professional who can do whatever she feels like in the moment. As soon as I hang up, remembering I forgot to solidify my Monday appointment, I call back and am told that I've been discharged from their clinic and I'm not allowed to talk to anyone other than Tara. Funny how narcissists work, they isolate and then tear your reputation apart. Now mind you, I have always had a great relationship with the entire clinic staff. Well when I told Tara I was coming in person to meet with her and her boss, because what she was doing was discrimination and being ego hurt doesn't mean you get to jeopardize someone's health, she called and filed a falsified police report getting me banned from being on their premises. Oh but it gets better...when I called the Sartell police wanting to press charges for her filing a false police report, they had THREE officers show up who they told me that because of my autism I should be aware of how I can come off by being direct and monotone and it was my fault for sounding threatening. No one stood up for me. So it's apparently normal for Integracare and the Sartell police department to discriminate against autistics, making us the problem for pointing out the flaws in the system and their egos in a calm and monotone way. Tara really didn't like when I said they have no integrity, and aren't Integracare but rather We-don't-care. If you want to be discriminated against for handling things like an emotionally intelligent adult, and thrown out for advocating for the truth and yourself, then have the Sartell police called on you, then by all means go here. read more

tl;dr This clinic is a lawsuit waiting to happen and I would not trust them with my family's care. Lackluster attention to legal and patient rights, and clinic staff's personal beliefs outweigh your comfort as a patient. Upon arriving I had to request my HIPAA and treatment statements before signing because the admin did not offer them. After she'd finished digging them out of a drawer she offhandedly mentioned they were "redoing" them and there'd be a new version. But I wasn't allowed to see that new version to know what I was signing.  To her credit, the admin did ask me if I'd like my provider to wear a mask, to which I answered yes. The nurse was only wearing a paper mask. I asked her to change and she did (it took a very long time.... Are N95 equivalent masks not handy here? What kind of clinic is this?).  I was put in two different rooms, one for questioning (because they only took my blood pressure and no other vitals, which is not sufficient for a yearly physical) and then switched for the exam and I was given some odd explanation like "because you said you wanted this kind of exam" which yes, I had, two weeks ago when I made the appointment, so it would not have been a surprise if they had bothered to reference my appointment notes. The nurse practitioner refused to put on her PPE correctly even after being asked. I see this as a sign of deep disrespect to patient health and comfort, as well as being dangerous. What kind of clinician doesn't know how to wear a mask? What other rights of mine was she willing to sacrifice for her own opinions? She did this when I was already gowned, as a power move because she didn't think I would l leave. I would never entrust the health and wellbeing of my family to someone who lets their personal beliefs get in the way of their job in such a childish manner. We're in the middle of a wave and the most effective prevention is masking and ventilation. I would expect an establishment concerned with patient health to know this and react accordingly.  As the World Health Organization released a statement this week informing us that previous infection with Covid does NOT give long-lasting immunity, it's difficult to see this clinic as anything but deeply negligent. I'd rather not catch a disabling vascular disease ever, thanks. No one else in the entire building was masked, and there is no mask enforcement here. I felt bad for the person coming in after me, wearing only a paper mask which will not protect them from anything. My family will be going somewhere else and everyone I know will hear about this, because I love the good people in my life, and I would not send them here. read more

I love these Doctors. So far I have seen the chiropractor in this clinic Dr Huberty and he is awesome. Then I got sick and had to see the NP Alvered. She is awesome too. I also love how they call you the next day after an appointment for being sick to see if you feel better. read more

Outstanding medical treatment from Dr. Halstrom and NP Eric Green. The RNs and staff are family friendly and easy to work with. Have received excellent care for a knee injury I sustained while serving in the military and have received excellent treatment for several other things as well. Strongly recommend WIC to all my friends and family in the St Cloud area. read more
