Intake was efficient and as mentioned I was prepared to wait but was only about 15 minutes. The Nurse Missy- was wonderful, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. I shared some medical information and needed to be sure the NP was aware prior to treating the injury. The NP (sorry, forgot her name but she was great) was fantastic, discussed my concerns ahead of time, explained what she needed to do and thanks to the preparations, I didn't feel a thing! How great when you are getting stiches. I was prepared for a so-so experience knowing UC is rough on a regular day let alone a weekend--but these folks are great, efficient and very kind. I am grateful to have the professional healthcare near us and the folks who worked a Sunday morning and still managed to smile and provide great care.

The office is like a ski chalet and very clean. Upon arrival I checked in with a friendly woman behind the desk and ushered back to the exam room by Izzy, a very sweet, chatty young lady. The female dentist, Dr. Peterson, was likeable and explained everything as she was doing it. If I were local, I would make them my regular dentist. Highly recommend.

The male dentist had a tantrum while I was in the chair. He threw my teeth on the tray, angrily said he did not have time for me, because I was late, and rudely walked out- never to return. He left me it in the hands of his assistant, who managed it beautifully and fixed the discomfort. He was disrespectful, rude and unprofessional to both of us. His behavior was most childish and unacceptable! He literally blew up and walked out. Perhaps...because he made no $$ off me this visit, as it was only an adjustment!? I recommend the office- not THIS dentist-he's an unapologetic hot head.
