Intake was efficient and as mentioned I was prepared to wait but was only about 15 minutes. The Nurse Missy- was wonderful, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. I shared some medical information and needed to be sure the NP was aware prior to treating the injury. The NP (sorry, forgot her name but she was great) was fantastic, discussed my concerns ahead of time, explained what she needed to do and thanks to the preparations, I didn't feel a thing! How great when you are getting stiches. I was prepared for a so-so experience knowing UC is rough on a regular day let alone a weekend--but these folks are great, efficient and very kind. I am grateful to have the professional healthcare near us and the folks who worked a Sunday morning and still managed to smile and provide great care.

She was willing to even have small conversation about her nail polish and her job. The lady at the front that took a look at my ID before letting me in was so kind too. The five stars goes to the medical team that supported my son's delivery!…read more I would like to shout out: Dr. TT - delivered my son Shannon, Jade, Matt - anesthesiologist who did my epidural and medication for my C-section Director- Jenny RN - Nikki, Paige, Jess, Teri, Kayla, Katie, Kylie, Kallie, Megan - and all the over flows nurses that stepped in from other departments Dr. Wiedell - took care of my sons needs Dr. Michael Cady - all my appointments and checked on me after birth Ultrasound tech - Crystal I spent over 40 hours in labor and during that time in labor and delivery department every room was filled. Another local hospital OR had to close due to unforeseen circumstances and Crosby was able to take on those patients and help support them through their delivery. This created for a very busy time. I would've never known that this time could be a time full of laughter and joy. The day I came in Jenny and Nikki supported me the most and we're so fun to be around down to earth and very authentic. Every need and want of mine was fulfilled. I would've never known that they were completely filled as I felt like I got the full undivided attention and like I was the only one there. This team works so well with each other! I really enjoyed watching everyone work together as they work well together. The communication between everyone was very clear and you can tell they truly enjoy each other's company. You can also tell they truly love their job and they are very patient centered and have a genuine care for their patients. There was so many things I was nervous about as a first time single mother, but again the care I received helped reduce anxiety. Honestly, I did not want to leave because I was having so much fun and I really grew to enjoy the company of all the OB/GYN nurses.

It was a basic service, but I felt they cheated me. They did not soak my cuticles before trimming, just went in dry. They also did no hand massage, or even lotion. They also did not clean under my nails. As for pedicure, they barely touched the nail part before slopping polish on them and left so much oil on my feet, I slid around my flip flops on my way back to my room. I did not feel relaxed after the service, I felt cheated.
