Walmart plus delivery was someone else's order. They canceled then reorder my order again to fix told me it would still arrive with in original delivery window. When it did not I called and they told me they could not even get it there that day. Original time slot was 1-3pm. Told me I could pick it up if I wanted that day. Items I needed that day and were not out of stock were not there when I showed up. I wouldn't be so upset if they weren't items that they charged me for but didn't deliver the week before. They did refund the charge, but these were things that I needed. That's why I drove over to get them. Chelsea the, "manager" makes me a Karen I know, was polite but next to useless. I had caught the incorrect order at the door but the driver did not speak English. Very polite and nice guy but not able to help with where my order might have gone. I was getting contradictory information from the 800 number and the store. If the service is not reliable I have to pay more closer to home or drive in. Terrible customer service. I buy all my tires here, and when I came back in to get one of them rebalanced, they refused, saying, "The tread is uneven, so it's too dangerous to work on." I LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT THEM HERE!! The management is terrible, the employees are rude, and they don't take care of loyal customers. When I told them I was considering taking my future business elsewhere, they replied, "DON'T CARE!" Is this how Walmart treats its customers? Sad. I WILL be taking my money somewhere else. read more

I am a regular customer of Walmart, until today. I had an experience with a rude cashier named Sunny. I pay for my groceries with snap and other items with cash or debit card. She took my cash for all my items because I didn't inform her I was using snap. I have never had to do this in the past. I ended up going to customer service to redo my purchase and complained to the manager. Also, Walmart allows employees to wear satanic wardrobe which is offensive to many. read more

Called ahead and set up a battery install for 445. Got there at 430 and was told there were 4 cars ahead of me because i did not make an appointment. So whoever i spoke to did nothing, now i wait till 6 just to get started. I have lived in Buffalo for 25 years, and I have to say this is probably the worst Walmart I've been to. When it comes to products actually being stocked, you apparently have to understand there schedule because if you shop in the afternoon you will always encounter aisles of employees slowly, slowly, stocking. If you go about 12 miles to Monticello, you can see that a Walmart can actually be like, run effectively, all while likely having more customers. I don't know, I'm just some guy, but this has to be a management problem. So many employees will be stocking, yet while no one is going to the actual non-self checkouts when there are lines backed up to the aisles. I really would like to understand if there is a reason we need a whole fleet of employees to be restocking everything all at once. Could this not be done later in the night? I still go there because it is the cheapest, it just sucks that I've seen this place go downhill over the years. read more

I called to see if this Walmart had a certain type of paint and the worker who answered told me to come in and check for myself, I live half an hour away and called to see so I didn't have to make the trip for nothing. Eventually, after putting me on hold for 3 minutes, he hung up on me. Walmart needs better service. So I will be ordering my paint from Amazon. read more

What is up with all of the Walmart employees wearing masks with their nose sticking out? Walked in this morning and first thing I saw was the woman refilling the deli case coughing all over everything while she was stocking the display case. Then in every other aisle I saw an employee stocking the shelves with their mask worn below their nose. Can management explain basic science to these people??? read more

Of the 5 WalMart stores I go to the most often, this is my third favorite. It's in a nice neighborhood, so I don't have to worry if my car will still be there when I'm done shopping. The only real negative is that it's far away (which isn't their fault). read more

Man!!! This place is sikkkk!!!!!!! They got some mean chicken and great snaks and all the coolz stuf and toyzzz. Me and friends and I went here lotz in middle skool. Play tag and stuff. Twas fun. We would play tag, I don't remember if I already said that befor. One time, my friend hit this ladies cart and knoked ova the hole shelf of shtufz. One of the worst Wal-Mart's ive been to so far. They really need to take the tire and lube section out of Wal-Mart's because they are too lazy to actually do anything. The guy said it would be an hour wait and 20 minutes to get a new tire on. Two hours later and I'm still sitting here waiting. And before I got here I tried to call a number of times but nobody answered. This place is terrible and need to start either having schedules or more workers. read more
